I don't know why managers feel obliged to state which players are available for selection at their pre-match press conferences. Can they not just say ''you'll see the available squad when the team sheets are publicised on matchday''? Because stating a player is available who is usually part of the starting line;up. is pretty much giving out a member of the matchday squad before the team sheets are required to be submitted.
They're not obligated, it's because the fans want to know.

Based on the stats we’d have to say yes. To win games in the PL you need some experienced players in key positions.
Bentancur and Kudus are nothing special but they are light years ahead of players like Sarr and Tel. When did Tel even last score a goal? Was it against Leeds? That was 6 months ago.
