I realise "anyone but Vinai and Lange" is basically everyones preference - but is this Paul Winstanley any good?

Someone to get excited about? Or worried?

I mean, Chelseas business recently doesnt exactly fill me with confidence....

- Joel Veltman (2020) —
- Adam Webster (2019) —
- Alexis Mac Allister (2019, .
- Moises Caicedo (2021) —
- Leandro Trossard (2019) —
- Yves Bissouma (2018) —
- Marc Cucurella (2021) —
- Dan Burn (2018) —
- Kaoru Mitoma (2021) —
- Julio Enciso (2022) — Pa
- Facundo Buonanotte (2023,
- Viktor Gyökeres (2018) —

It's hard to know if he any use or not.

As Chelsea have learned, just because someone was at Brighton doesn't mean they were good it means they were working in a brilliant environment. Recruitment at Brighton was brilliant.
Look at the mess of a squad that Chelsea have and the issues fans have with it. They are supposedly reversing their kids only signing strategy this summer but Winstandley was either a promoter of that strategy or not strong/capable enough to get the owners to stop it before now.

What is better to judge him on, Brighton or Chelsea? Its a hard one to call
