Something is broken. 3 seasons in a row where we've had the worst injury crisis in the entire league and it seems to just keep getting worse. This season is a new low for the long term ones anyway!

I don’t think we have though. When you live in a Spurs bubble it just seems that way.

Wasn’t it proven Newcastle had worse injuries last season.

And you say Woolwich get no injuries but yet this was the case in January. I think we just follow spurs more so are more aware of our injuries.

That's correct but equally I think the bigger issue for us is the olayers who get injured.

To be without Maddison, Kulusevski and Solanke (for a long period), is harder for us to absorb than relative injuries for a lot of clubs.

But yes, we live in a very fragile and delicate bubble. No doubt at all.

That's somewhat similar to someone giving what would objectively be considered aggro to a group of people in a pub and it only being considered aggro if someone reacts to it, as opposed to choosing to ignore something clearly designed to get a reaction.

I figure you are probably smart enough to know what you were doing there but hey ho.

What a shit comparison.

Bro you're not in a pub you're on the internet, please learn to control your urges

We've already changed it.....Geoff Scott was here for 20 years, he fell out with Ange Postecoglou and so we sacked him and changed it for Ange Postecoglou.

Now Geoff Scott works for Nottingham Forest, obviously after Ange Postecoglou left.

:ange-facepalm:

We had another big change this season as Frank bought his own team in and we also got a guy from the City group to oversee the whole department. Ange’s new hires left after less than one year in the job.

So all these injuries are the responsibility of a multitude of staff over a number of years. I don’t think you could say it’s the fault of one “team” on particular as there have been so many changes.

Did this shit happen before we let Geoff Scott go?

By "let go" obviously I mean, push out the door because a pub league manager didn't like being told players weren't ready to return yet.

No mate. Never.

Are you even actually a Spurs fan? Or is your memory just very bad?

It's not a sh!t comparison but it's not the perfect analogy but you knew what you were doing.

I am going to watch some paint drying.

When you're in a pub you're going to react on instinct, you're online...you have time to think before you respond, you have time think before you click on the post, type and click reply.

You responding is permanently a 'Notabadsquad' problem because I don't see anyone else responding...just like you are prone to wander into threads you don't really want to be a part of and yet you still respond.

I think you're addicted to engagement.

We had more players, and more crucial players, out.

Im speaking facts mate, whats the issue?
No mate. Never.

I'm sure Notabadsquad will be along soon to chide you and Twat1882 for "unnecessary stirring" :D

Nothing of this scale of first choice players being injured for such long periods happened prior to last season. Something over the past couple of seasons has changed.

Honestly...fuck this injury curse....

I GENUINELY don't know what it is...
We've ruled everything in AND out...
WTF IS IT?
Bad luck
Mismanagement
Over training
The pitch
A Gooner Witches cat
Other teams get injuries

I can go back to Gazza's 1991 Wembley injury that scuppered his career AND our original sale of him to Lazio.

That's the first time I was aware of our injuries seemingly being much worse and more complicated with unforeseen knock on effects than everyone else's!

Kulu is the odd one. Such a strange injury. I think he walked off the pitch?
Solanke’s one seemed at the time to be a typical overuse injury. But out for months and definitely not back to his former level yet.
Maddison the “typical” football injury. But you know up front he’s out for a long time.

Not getting in adequate cover for that central creative midfield position was a massive oversight.
Gibbs white was the big one. Almost 2700 league minutes played for Forest.
We are crying out for that level of consistency.

I have advised you before. Look in the mirror squire. We both know what you were doing.

Good try.
