Sunderland are 9th in the home table and have only lost three times at home this season. Even if we were reasonably good this would be a tough game, nevermind in our current form.
We were not bad first half against Forest, and we gave Pool a good fight the game before.

We should have the quality to survive, but have a piss weak mentality atm. Freak incidents (injuries, cards etc.) hasn't helped us either..

Need some new momentum and luck to turn it around now, but we have been short on both all season, so hard to believe

I know this is just a nightmare and I'll wake up soon.

Leeds are the target in my opinion.
Leeds aren't going down. I asked the question months ago - name the team that is going to be that third team ?
Answers ranged from one of the five possible candidates to a few, including yourself that said one of the other five but it wouldn't be us. You wouldn't be more specific. That's a lazy answer , particularly when quoting Opta odds. We were less than a 1% chance. Those odds were ridiculous, I said that at the time and they didn't take into account current form or injuries, just the games left , points accrued. We were already in freefall way back then and at that moment in time , sleepwalking into relegation.
We can't keep a clean sheet , we can't defend , we have a horrendous, unbelievable situation with our keepers , we allow the freedom of the pitch( particularly the middle of the park) and morale is low and some of our players are of questionable character. Oh and we are useless aerially and have very little physical presence and strength.
It's a recipe for disaster that I saw coming a mile away.
Just to add , the way the club has been run the club deserves to go down. The owners board and hierarchy deserve it. It's the loyal, suffering , fans I feel for.

Right, thanks.

Better than having a blase , nonchalant attitude. Lange obviously had that as well , hence why we didn't strengthen in January, even came out and said we are keeping our powder dry for the summer. Lol What a moron.
Difference is , he gets paid a fortune to make sure this shit show doesn't happen. Not at a top 4/6 club both financially and in status. We are a top ten European giant now. Staggering incompetence.

It just doesn't or shouldn't happen in the modern era with the huge sums available to the big boys of the PL.

Rant over.
