If he's even fit in time. Davies is a nice flex LB/LCB option to have as a 5th CB, 3rd LB choice...
I've liked what I've seen of de Souza so far though and hope we just keep feeding him minutes and opportunities.

He’ll get him and he’ll fucking like him!
Do you not know how this club works?

That would see us in League one by the end of next seasonChampionship XI next year
Kinksy
Spence Phillips Danso Robertson
Gallagher Skipp Winks
Richarlison Solanke Odobert
Why? Workhorse midfield dominates the middle of the park. Richarlison and Solanke provide the flair and goals. Dragusin impact sub. I don’t see the weaknesses.
Wasn’t the concern for him athleticism for the Prem?![]()
Tottenham preparing offer to sign Arthur Vermeeren
Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to sign Arthur Vermeeren at the end of the season.www.caughtoffside.com
We were linked with him a few years ago I seem to remember.
Skipp & Winks are about to get Leicester relegated to League one ...Why? Workhorse midfield dominates the middle of the park. Richarlison and Solanke provide the flair and goals. Dragusin impact sub. I don’t see the weaknesses.
I wanted us to go for Gyokeres when he was still at Sporting.
But I tell you what, Luis Suarez may be even better.
26 appearances for 24 goals and 5 assists.

You may be right.
You may be right.
But, if you look at Gyokeres, he had a very slow start for the Arse but he has definetly been scoring goals for them for last few months.
For the right money, Suarez would be worth the punt IMHO.
I mentioned Gyokeres because he moved from a supposedly crap league to the PL.

But the crux of my post is that I think Suarez would be a good punt for the right money.
A lot of strikers struggle to adapt to the prem because the intensity is so much higher. You have less space, the standard of opposition is much higher, you have less time on the ball, chances are few and far between and the pressure on and off the pitch is significantly higher.I wanted us to go for Gyokeres when he was still at Sporting.

Yeah but here's the thing, every striker in that league looks good until they play in the Prem
Gyokeres
Nunez
Boa Morte
Slimani
Postiga (lol)
Eder
I think the teams not named Sporting, Benfica and Porto are so far behind the rest of the league these guys feast on these bottom feeders making them look better than they are, fraud league.
Gyokeres was absolutely bullying CB's and used to run into so much space in that league, he's done alright because he's playing in a dominant team but I haven't seen many goals he's created for himself.
