So why are you desperately trying to argue in favour of him?
You really are a very silly sausage.

I'm not arguing in favour of Thomas Frank, I'm just pointing out as shit as he was as a manager for our team, he's wasn't awarded the same level of sympathy for injuries as Postecoglou was.

For some reason that has you triggered, which says a lot more about you than me.

You're still not quite as deranged as Phomesy Phomesy though, he credits Postecoglou with the victories and blames the loses on the squad.

It's as if he's been as you suggested about fans ''brainwashed''.

You're still now quite as deranged as Phomesy Phomesy though, he credit Postecoglou with the victories and blames the loses on the low standard of the squad.

It's as if he's been as you suggested about fans ''brainwashed''.

I mean you literally are, all that shit you're spouting about injuries and here you are you're still doing it despite going through this before you're still trying to paint this injury crisis as the same thing.

He's not going to get awarded the same level of sympathy as Ange because he doesn't deserve it, stop simping for Frank...the worst manager we have ever had ffs.

Guess what? I am in my own room, but I'm not arguing with myself, I've just pointed out that Postecoglou gets excuses granted that other managers don't.

It's as simple as that, I know it, you know it, everyone on this forum knows it, but very few admit it.

Shadydan Shadydan was absolutely correct when he said Postecoglou has the supporters brainwashed, you and he both are living evidence, the only difference is he seems to know it and you don't.
What have I said in this thread has made you come to the conclusion that I'm an "Angeboi"?

Is it literally because I've not slagged him off and have argued against those that do?

Because I'd have sacked him long before we did and although I did wobble after the cup win, I still think it was right for him to go when he did.

I've said the several times, so the fact that you have me labeled and an Ange defender shows how little attention you're actually paying to what others are saying in this thread.

I challenge you to find a post where I said Thomas Frank is doing a good job past the first two or three matches. Actually on numerous occasions I've stated that Postecoglou was a better manager than Frank for our team.

My opinion of the two managers isn't what I'm posting about though, it makes no difference as I don't rate either of them particularly high but I have said on occasions in the thread that Postecoglou's first season was good.

In your mind, not my mind, you seem to think, judging by your recent posts, that because I have pointed something out about the award of sympathy being different for the two managers, it means I'm favouring Frank.

I don't need to like someone to think they should be judged evenly.

So as I said to McFlash McFlash the other day, we're not actually having the same conversation.

You seemed to be arguing against me when I stated that both managers haven't been given the same sympathy regarding injuries. Therefore you think Postecoglou deserves more sympathy given as an excuse for poor form. You don't seem to want to judge the two managers evenly, and argued against me for bring up the point that Frank is being judged as if his injuries were less impactful.

If not then I apologise I didn't realise that you agreed with me and we can all go to bed happily and have sweet dreams.

I ignore this thread when I see it often bumped to the top because I want to move on from him. I'm not reading the comments up to this point to understand the general feeling towards Ange either, but just want to post my thoughts.

This guy made losing normal and acceptable for us. That's a horrific thing to do in sport.

Expect he would blame it all on that City game.

I largely blame Ange for where we are now.
He is one of four most responsible the culture started fully under him. Been a fan near 40 years never seen the volume of gutless surrenders he allowed to become normal. His prints like that shit Frank are all over our corpse.

Mate, look at the join dates of most of the Aussies posting here FFS.

We had a sudden influx with him. The same ones have stayed and almost exclusively chat about Ange. Let’s not lie.
You can just fuck off. Aussie this Aussie that. Stop bringing nationalities into the argument if you have fucking nothing meaningful to say or debate. Anyone can be a fan of Spurs and nobody who is not a Brit needs permission or a dressing down from you prick. This is the Ange thread, where else would we exclusively talk about Ange if not here. I'm not from Australia, but you can just fuck off and stay discrimination out of your shit posts.

We are going round in circles here, the two situations cannot be judged evenly because despite your protestations they aren't alike - we've been through this.

Even your evidence is weak and laughable...that is why I call you a Frank simp because you are arguing something in favour of him which is indefensible and utterley stupid.

Oh come on man be real, personally I think Postecoglou was better for our team that Frank, but the Manchester United team this season is far superior to the team that we played last season.
Yeah, funny how it stopped being acceptable to lose once they'd changed their manager isn't it?

I guess it must only be Postecoglou teams that continue with the losing culture after he leaves.

Except as the Ange-bashers are only too happy to remind us, he didn't win a game at Forest, yet they've managed to win games since Ange left too. Most notably beating us twice.

It's almost as though the fact Spurs have been shit this season, has nothing to do with Ange Postecoglou at all.

I don't care if you call me a Frank simp, whatever makes you happy.

You might be going around in circles but I'm making one point as straight as an arrow, I'm not even stating anything in Frank's favour, this is your mind playing tricks on you, I'm stating they should be judged equally without favour.

It's you that is making indefensible notions that what's good for one isn't good for the other.

I mean what the fuck were you on about the other day, Maddison was injured last season and Bergvall had to cover for him?

As if I'm arguing that none of that happened, I know exactly what the injury situation was like last season, I'm not trying to play it down, it's just astonishing that because you like Postecoglou more than you like Frank you won't judge them evenly.

You're well known on the forum for being a git, so this is nothing new, see i'm impartial about the two mangers in question, well if anything I slightly favour Postecoglou, but because I show equal sympathy for Frank's injury situation, you have to try and push me into Frank's corner so you can have an argument about Frank vs Postecoglou, because your incapable of communicating without it being a him vs him, situation and two people arguing about who is the best.

It's like talking to a child, and I don't mean that as an insult but it really is a childish way you have of being, I wonder if you're like that in real life, or is it just something you do on here to get some stimulation into your life?

So I state the obvious, Manchester United are a much better team this season than last, and that means I'm bashing Ange, or are you referring to someone or something else?

We are going round in circles because you keep regurgitating to the same tired arguments about the injuries and as I keep telling you the two situations aren't alike but you just keep ignoring it and if you have 0 idea about the Maddison/Bergvall thing despite YOU being the one who was actively trying to pursue the argument and now you're saying you have no idea what the argument was about lmao then that tells me that you're either incredibly stupid or you're twisting things, neither would surprise me TBH.

It's just you going around in circles and bringing all sorts of shit that I'm not arguing into the conversation.

I want both managers injuries to be judged equally, You don't, and you been dancing around in circles ever since I brought the point to attention the other day, I haven't had any more to add, but I keep trying to be nice to you by answering all this other supplementary stuff that you keep going on about, which I'm not showing favour to one way or the other, so I'm not goimg around in circles, I'm trying to kindly pacify you as you go around in circles searching for a supplementary argument because you can't win the one that you decided to create by arguing the two mangers ought not be given the same sympathy.

You could have just said 'fair enough but I disagree' instead you've made such a song and dance, and conflated my attempts to pacify you by engaging with your supplementary points, as me going around in circles with you.

This “made losing acceptable” thing is the biggest pile of horseshit being shoveled on this forum. And it’s up against some serious competition.

Lots of clubs go through periods of losing, then change something and the period ceases. No club has ever “normalized losing” to the extent that their new manager or another significant happening doesn’t give a chance to turn it round.

Man U were shite. Changed their manager. Became less shite.

Wolves were shite. Changed their manager. Became less shite.

West Ham were shite. Signed a couple of clogger forwards. Were less shite.

I could do this for every shite team in every league in every fucking season. But we’re the one example of it not being the case? Anyone who peddles this bullshit can go and throw a load of fuck at themselves.

Oh God, tell me why both managers should have the same sympathy when one manager had worse injuries and replacements than yhe other?
