Match Tottenham Hotspur v West Ham United

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Whenever he has played there he has been poor in my opinion and I am still fed up with the treatment Sandro is getting. He should be playing ahead of chadli and Sigurdsson and nothing will change my mind on that. Sherwood seems to change it every game with no logical explanation either.

I would normally agree, but this stage in the season Sandro is clearly not going to play. We have nothing really to play for, I would rather see a more 'attacking' midfield than a well balanced one purely for footballing purposes. They aren't much of an attacking threat these days anyway.

Risky though, as every West Ham player is twice his size and would likely love to cleave a promising academy lad of ours in two.
True, but he'll always face that problem AFAIK he's a stocky lad, so now's a good a time as any to start playing.

Though on another forum where they take great delight in mocking Tim, some of their 'managerial geniuses,, wanted Pritchard to start. Now that would be risky.

cant understand his team selections ether...kinda annoys me capoue and verts havent even been named on the bench when both pulled through a reserve game no troubles...
4-4-2 is just so archaic and needs to be put in a vault somewhere with TS, to be never seen again...was really hoping for a 4-3-3

Sandro not playing in most matches is stupid in my mind, not playing in this one is criminal however

Just like with Dembele, I think it's because their injuries are worse than it appears. I don't blame Tim for feeling more comfortable with a fitter option of albeit lesser quality at this point, but with West Ham I think I'd take even the physicality of a bummed Sandro over another player.

yeh im flying to brisbane tomorrow morning to raise abit of hell..
came down to melbourne for the wanderers game and almost cheered you blokes out of your own stadium...must say i fucking hate the north terrace after that bs in the pub before hand and the way melbourne cunts of a media portrayed it...still much respect for what the north terrace have been doing since long before the wanderers...
Wanderers probably have the best fans in the A-League if I'm honest.

There's not much worth talking about these days, unfortunately you just can't predict whether we'll be looking to win 5-0 or lose 5-0, such is the random variance in team performance this season.

I think a lot of people have gone into hiding until a decision is made in the summer visávis TS.

I'm concerned we'll struggle with WH today, have all season - however, I predict a 3-1 with Adebayor doing his 'form before selling season' act and bagging 2, and one from Sig, with Nolan or Carroll getting one cunty goal

On an unrelated note, BBC archives '40 day countdown' shows Beckhams penalty vs Argentina. Interesting to see that Pochettino was the one who 'fouled' the diving Michael Owen to win the penalty. Never really watched him as a player tbh, but he did have cool long hair.

That would be suicide. You're right he'll face that problem for the rest of his career, but making his debut against a a side like West Ham makes him a target, and especially so if they're frustrated as they would be in a situation such as the one for which we'd be bringing him in (us smashing them). Debut him against what will hopefully be a safe Villa, but not this one. Baptism by crucifixion.

I consider preventing these tossers from beating us 3 times in 1 season something very big to play for.

I was shouting at the tele bemoaning how the punditry was dominated by West Ham. David James, and Alan Pardew.
Then I realised it was David Ginola :avbfacepalm:

Early mornings are no good to me.

Fair comments, the next two hours or so will be fascinating as usual when Spurs play. COYS, etc:coys:
