The team's mentality was obliterated before he arrived.

Destructive losing habit ingrained and set.

Shining the spotlight on Frank for the sins of Ange is not going to wash, folks.

Sorry.

He was handed a wreck.

No one is forgetting last season and the damage it caused.

Which some of us warned about.

Inevitable consequence.

Can't stand Frank, a hideous manager and worst one we've had in my life possibly.

Instead of building on a cup win, he chose to build on 17th place. He actively chose that. Chose to kill the vibes.

Reminded us we are shit each week, told us we will lose matches, loves our fucking scum rivals. He 100% coached all football out of them*. Long throws over long shots, crazy negative approach.
Xavi plays a blinder against Brighton as a sub, then benched. Tel scores, then benched. He was a twat and a huge part of the reason (in my opinion) of why we are where we are. Killed the players confidence to play anything even resembling football. Then when we clearly play great with Udogie, Xavi, Tel, Muani, Frank then gets hellbent on ensuring those 4 are never on the pitch at the same time again. Odobert also lit it up then got benched next match.
Don't get me started about his gaslighting. We just got massacred and had 3 shots with 0.05xG, and Frank says something like "AAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh for sure that was a top top top second half. Maybe some things we can improve first half but we are headed in the right direction". Oh 'maybe' Frank? You think?

* I realize many ain't got much football about them anyway, but you get the point hopefully.

What he was handed wasn’t great but he 100% took it to the lows we’re at now.

Look at the progressive passing stats of the players before and after he arrived. He saw the technical bar wasn’t high, shit himself, and then compounded on the issue making it worse.

If we go down it’s massively down to him siphoning any confidence out of the players and creating a snowball effect that I don’t think even RDZ can reverse.

lol understatement of the century.

He was handed goods that had been damaged beyond short-term repair (if repairable at all).

He had zero final third and had to try and navigate that along with trying to make us harder to beat (with injuries continually, consistently mounting).

Overall, that task proved too much for him -- in the short term, with the resources he had to fix it -- and yes, his approach was flawed in certain areas, for sure. He definitely made tactical mistakes.

Didn't have us playing anywhere near how he had Brentford perfuming as a functional, robust, competitive, effective, scoring unit.

But they had stable players (which he had produced) whose minds hadn't been saturated with a 'losing is fine lads' mentality, that Ange cultured here.

I don't think anyone's going to try and say Frank was flawless.

Responsible for the weak mental condition of these players, though?

lol get in the bin.

That was all Ange, and Baldcunt watched and let him do it.

Which is actually worse tbf.

43 minutes into our second game with De Zirbi and it's painfully clear how destructive Frank was to this football club. Everyone involved in the decision to bring him and keep him so long need sacking. Sharpish.

Here he goes with the gate keeping again. You're a joke, and the majority of people here agree. You get it so wrong every time, which is truly quite impressive, and with absolute authority. When people don't agree, because you are always wrong, you throw the toys out the pram.
