Player Destiny Udogie

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Wow, the mood in here now. .?

Udogie is not a shxt player, and the other insults flying around seems not fitting either. He was a brilliant player in spells under Ange, but like many others has been haunted by injuries and development has been hindered.

He fragility my main concern, but fresh and on form, a player good enough for top sides

Is he ever fresh and on form?

He's never been good. He's a player who our fan base overrate like crazy like most people do with many of our players.

The most you could say, was in his first season here he looked promising as a young player. But he's never looked any threat going forward, yet again his technical level is garbage, and his defending is suspect.

Yet again we prioritise signing a player with physical attributes rather than footballing ability.

On top of that he's made of glass.

Get rid. He'll never be a decent PL player.

A player who was bought to play as a wing back and never played in a back 4 and yet some wonder why he has never really improved as a LB, Tottenham doing Tottenham things.

Keep blaming the players when it all goes wrong though.

Him playing left back rather than a wing back means fuck all when he can’t stop crosses, control and pass to a team mate and cross a ball. The fundamentals of the game are the same. He’s fucking hopeless but I hope he can find something that can help us stay up along with all the other shite that is in our team.

Why should we not blame the players when it goes wrong? They are the only ones who can fix it once they go over that white line.

It means, like many of the players that we purchase we force them into positions they aren't naturally capable of playing him and haven't yet nurtured or developed him to reach his full potential. On top of that the constant changes in management and the overall poor performances during his time at the club haven’t helped his progression either.

Get this though, this is the common kind of mismanagement at this club and how utterly rank our profiling is:

Udodie signed as a LWB from Udinese, played as a LB
Porro signed as a RWB from Sporting, played as a RB
Spence signed as RWB from Forest, played mostly as a LB
Romero only really played in a back 3 before coming to Spurs
Dragusin same as above and we expected him to play out the back when that's not his game
Vicario's strength was never playing out from the back and yet we expect him to play out the back

I could go through the rest of our players and it doesn't get much better by the way, loads of midfield mismatches and for our forwards as well...we don't really give our players a chance to succeed because we generally mis profile and mismanage them.

Ask yourself why none of these players generally improve year on year, and also ask yourself why when our players go away and play with their NT's and away from Tottenham their basic fundamentals suddenly magically return and they're capable of playing up to their level and beyond?

Why should we not blame the players? Well if you want to excuse the club and the morons who built this squad that's up to you but personally they should be under far more scrutiny than the players.

Of course the players can take some of the blame, I'm not excusing the players because they've been shit but let's maybe do a bit of critical thinking and look beyond the surface as to why Destiny, like the vast majority of our players, get worse or just level out, it can't all be on the players...the club environment and culture is rotten.

I agree with pretty much all of it mate but when I see players earning tens of thousands of pounds a week who struggle with the basics and don’t have the balls, character, personality or whatever we want to call it to go out and enjoy and express themselves and look as though it’s a pleasure play the game and be a Tottenham player then I can’t get on board with some of these wage thieving cunts.

Even if by some miracle he has a good game today, he still must be one of the first out the door this summer. And I hope said door slams right in his friggin face.

I promised Mrs Perryman Mrs Perryman not to use the c-word again and not done it for weeks now, but this guy sure is an absolute dumpling and worthy of plenty pelters from fans.
