Overall on the ball we are a much better team already and our short passing has improved a lot. The players are still in their heads and lack in confidence. I can already see the foundations, just need better players and time.
We're better on the ball because the only midfielder we have who can hold on to the ball is back from injury
So, who do we play now up front? I guess there is no choice, but to play Tel on the left, Ritvhie up top and Kolo Muani on the right. Gallagher or Bergvall as No 10. By far from ideal choices.

Not sure about that . We might be marginally more composed in our own half - and we play fewer long balls.

Nobody seems to play a 4-4-2 diamond anymore but that would be the only other option. Play Richy up top, Tel inside left with Bissouma, Bergvall, Gallagher and Bentancur in midfield.
He doesn't have a lot of choice really, we're chock full of midfielders and none of them are creative so who is he supposed to pick?
Our strikers can't create for themselves or each other either.

IMO Bentancur return is helping us a lot.
Also, but players are bad too. Think they were bad trained under those two, some were good and are bad now, some were never very good.
