Or the World Cup. Both would 100% guarantee it. The World Cup would probably be 99% (unless he sucked in it) whereas even if he won the CL, if someone like Olise had a storming World Cup, Harry isn’t winning it.

You're probably right. Would be so dumb if they give it to some random PSG player (for instance) simply cos they won the CL, but it's exactly the type of thing they tend to do.

I think this is about right.
Kompany has done what Tuchel is unlikely to be able to do in the World Cup, by resting Kane but the CL semi-final will demand the 2 games in relatively quick succession.
This might be the year but in PSG I think they have an opponent who might just have too much for them, crucially the knowledge of crossing the line.
Mate, Kane won't win the Ballon D''or by scoring 2 goals in a quarter-final.
I think the majority on here would say I am quite objective. Irritating at times but objective.
Nobody questions how good Kane is but he still needs a defining moment.
And I have said it might be this year, although it's possible PSG simply overpower Bayern.

Hahahaha a goal in each leg against Real Madrid and an assist in the biggest competition in club football isn’t a defining moment .. this is what we call ludicrous expectations. After he also scored a cracker in the last 16 btw.
If Bayern get Kane the ball in any good situations he will probably score. If they get totally dominated by PSG and starve him of the ball he won’t. He’s the best striker in the world, not superman. He needs service.

To be fair Kane has every ability to play the 10 role to a top 3 in the world level as well so the guy wasn't wrong in assessing that Kane had those qualities early doors, he has 22 assists to go with his 95 goals in the Bundesliga and was always near the top of the charts in that regard for us.I happened to open the first post on this thread back in 2013.
