Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Do we think De Zerbi might pick Tynan on the bench next week? Or will he fill up it with Steve Sedgley for vibes?

I think we have to do something as without Solanke and Simons we have only 3 fit forwards for 3 positions ( Richarlison, Kolo Muani and Tel), so we are definitely short.

Townsend is both creative and a goal threat plus adds raw speed to the attack - in youth matches this season has 13 goals and 6 assists in 24 matches plus looked the part in 45 mins first team preseason match. Aged 18 and lacks first team experience but say a 30 mins sub appearance might change a game in closing stages. The only other alternative probably Wilson loaned in from Hearts has SPL experience but he's more of a no 9 although pacey.

Academy midfielder Courtney Coffi-Smith called up to Spain U16s, his first call up.

Don't know if we've had a Spain youth call up before come through the academy. Only one I could find was Manu Reina from 2008 but he was only with our U18s for a season and I don't remember him tbh.

Friday 1 May @ 19.00 - Chelsea u21 v Spurs u21's (Play off for PL2 winners - quarter final)

Last u21 squad
Bloedorn, Rowswell (c), Hardy, Cassanova, Arganese-McDermott, Craig, Wilson (Logan 87), Kyerematen (McFadden 69), Melia (Lehane 81), Russell-Denny (Black 87), T Thompson.
Substitute (not used): Archer.
If we win this match there are other rounds in the play offs to go, if not its the last match of season for u21's ! (And u18's have 2 mid week matches left)
Its possible that a couple of players such as Rowswell, Olusesi, T Thompson and Wilson maybe required for first team. Will any injured players such as Byfield make it back ?

Very rarely do Spurs advertise Spurs u16's matches or allow tickets to watch them be sold - shame I won't be able to go, but am interested in views of anyone that does go to watch, so feel free to post on tfc.

These are the players likely to be on view :

GK – Max Sievey (E u16)
Def. – Oscar Sandiford (RB/CB) E u17. Soloman Olajide (CB),Teddy Evans (LCB) , Oscar Dawes (RB/CB) George Jobling ( RB)
CM - Toju Wellspring (AM/DM), Harry Hughes (CM), Courtney Coffi Smith (CM)
Attack - Phoenix Offiah (striker), Blake Richard Philogene-Bidace (winger/def) Zion Beckles, Melvyn Emanuel Kabongolo (RW/LW),

Additionally several u15 players often play u16's including Mikel Jack (GK), Austen Ball (CM) , Ashiah Haughton -Sinclair (striker) and its quite likely there may be others.

It's indicative of how poorly this great club is run when there is no mention either on the Official twitter or Academy twitter that there is a U21 game away to Chelsea at 7 pm tonight on spursplay.
And we can be guaranteed to have a single disinterested comm instead of the 2 enthusiastic and knowledgeable (about their own team) comms on the Chelsea TV site.
(Having said that, I won't be watching as I have a family gathering tonight.) o_O:)
