Player Randal Kolo Muani

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

We should've bought a first choice LW option rather than the opportunistic Tel signing that was based purely on potential but made pretty much zero sense in terms of squad building.

Tel might turn into a proper player one day but when we already had Odobert it was so bloody obvious we didn't need another raw kid in that part of the pitch.
We need to stop buying players that can play anywhere.

And buy players that excel in their chosen position.

Tired of team full of jack of all trades, master of none.

Yeah big reason we're in this mess is cos we've got a squad full of compromise signings and kids. This is what you get when you don't offer high enough wages and are also overly reliant on kids that aren't ready. It's a bad combination.

Werner could get the ball, then run 40 yards with it before falling over it.

Muani just falls over it wherever he is standing.

He must know he’s got a nice comfy move back to Juve in his back pocket. Otherwise he’d be lucky to find a club.

Dare say he was good today.

Is RDZ going to make us forget everything we know about these players?

No, he was not. He was absolutely useless whenever it mattered.

He did manage to run behind the defender, which he usually has not been able to. But he still did not find correct pass/cross/shot or anything with it.

I mean it is a feature on itself... to take part in such game as an attacking player. And still manage to look shit :D .
Lucky for him - teammates made some right decisions and we won. Plus with currently Solanke, Madders, Xavi, Kulu, Kudus and Odobert all being injured, he most likely will be gifted more un-earned playing time. Though no doubt - Williams Barnett would do more good than him. But playing your own academy prospects over completely useless has-beens is not fashionable in this club.

He was absolutely top class yesterday. Again another player that leaves you wondering what if if we could of got this kind of performance from him on a regular basis this season.

If RDZ can unlock his full potential he is a weapon. Was nice to see the interaction with the fans, he looks like a player that needs to feel love and all that stuff, he looks a bit troubled inside. Lets see what he's like when he's happy and confident.

Thought he was OK. Much better than some of his other performances, but still often getting the final action/decision wrong. Any progress is welcome, though, and nice to see him getting pumped up and involved with the fans.

Worked really hard last night - a joy to watch from that point of view.

We really need him to repeat that kind of performance for us for the remaining 3 games of the season - and if possible to remember the goal scoring form he showed at Frankfurt and Juventus as that's how top forwards are measured.

Good to see he seemed to care - and he really liked the applause from Spurs fans when he came off, so hopefully he liked it enough to want to repeat that against Leeds, Chelsea and Everton
