Great first season for BH at this level. The town and area should have a decent NL team so hope this continues next year.

Delighted Southend lost, really fucking annoy set of fans - think they're fucking amazing and look down on clubs like Wealdstone. If if wasn't for clubs like the stones Southend would be gone. Given quite substantial donations by smaller clubs some years back to ensure staff were paid, etc.

Barrow and Harrogate joining non league after the final day of L2 action. I’m somewhat relieved as I go to Crawley quite regularly and was at their game today. Promotion back into the EFL is so hard that relegation would have felt like a seismic disaster.
EFL clubs will eventually agree to three up, they have to as it is really hard to get back.
Be interesting to see if there is more appetite in the EFL given that a number of clubs have battled up from NL at some point in the past 20 years - possibly a marginal majority of L2 clubs by next season.
I don't like play-offs. A league is a league. If there are two or three promotion places, then the best two or three teams over the season should get them. I understand why they have play-offs, but they are are no different to knockout cup games.
It would be really unfair if say Scunthorpe, who finished 24 points behind Rochdale, were to win today.
Their manager has also left, added to that Dagenham have just taken Lee Allison from Hemel Hempstead to manage full time there.
NLS is shaping up for an interesting mix next season, Hornchurch host Torquay for the playoff finals, I have an inkling Hornchurch will nick that.
Hornchurch have risen really quickly in recent years. Terrible ground from memory of them in the Isthmian. At a dilapidated athletics stadium so presume they’ll want and need to upgrade.
