Just tried to read the above ; I got to the bit when you were working in Spammer Land and then my powers of concentration inexplicably failed me : so I had to scan the rest .

Sounds like you’re sorted for beers and whizz from what I could work out .

Let’s hope we all have a great night ; with no work in the morning ( remember) .

COYS !
He’s clearly been on the piss with SpiderSpurs SpiderSpurs

Same here. Born and bred Hove. I was at the Goldstone in 1977/78 when Spurs visited in the Second Division. 34,000 at The Goldstone. Friend of mine still has season tickets at both Spurs and Brighton. He lives in San Diego 😳!
I moved here some years ago. Don't know hove except for poets corner?
Did one of my rotations at RSCH 1000 years ago. Grew to love the area...always said I'd live here if I could afford it...

Friends and family have come by to say their goodbyes, knowing there is no possible way I’m going to survive this…

Oh behove ! lots of guys took a liking to the place back in 70s and 80s just like you did have subsequently moved. down there for the “ lifestyle “ and all manner of other attractions.

Enjoy !

( Only joking; there’s nothing wrong with moving to a place with a nudist beach just down the road from Glyndebourne my dear boy ) .

Only JOKING!!!

As a Sussex man myself. I do occasionally go to Brighton games..(only when the weather is good though) it's my second team...
mine too
cuz i played one friendly/trainings match with them back in 2004 or 2005 ( as gk )
also lived like 10 mins away from the old stadium in 2003 ( still don't know how it didn't collapsed cuz the old stadium looked so dodgy to me from the outside), i used to have to walk past it every morning when went to school/Sixth Form there

So carrick takes over mid season with manure not too far from us and gets them into CL with 3 games to go.
We on the other persisted with a PE teacher who had no right to be our manager then compounded it with a totally out of his depth interim on Tudor. Carrick went on , back to basics and playing football. We then turn to rdz on huge wages £12M / yr much more than Carrick will get.
Our board should hang their heads in shame!
