I remember a Scottish cup quarter final at Pittodrie, around the mid eighties. Maybe 45k turned up to a 24k capacity stadium and the Hearts lads were ran all over the city. It was brutal. Never really had hassle going to their place either.

If any side wins all 5 matches post-split, they win the league. The huns are favourites now sadly. They’ve scored 14 in their last 3 matches and have the best squad depth. The diet Huns have done well to cling on, but I’ve always thought they’ll fold when the finish line is in sight and the pressure truly ramps up. Celtic are a mess on and off the field, the team looks totally disjointed and the only small hope they have is O’Neill’s experience compared to a young guy in Rohl. Whatever the outcome, it’s been a hell of a season.
Great results but still too close to call. I watched the Edinburgh derby. Quality was pretty poor and Hearts didn’t seem to have any thought process around using the extra two men. But they got there.

Hearts are favourites now, and that’s maybe the first time I’ve thought that all season. A Celtic win against Rangers puts it back up in the air though.
That said, don’t sleep on Motherwell v Hearts this weekend. Motherwell have been very up and down recently, but on their day they play the best football in the league. I’ve never seen an SPL dross team dominate Celtic the way Motherwell did earlier this season.

Absolutely glorious scenes for Hearts against the Scottish chavs. Still much work to do as others have said. But if Rangers can make Celtic drop points then I might really begin to believe Hearts are Champions.

Hoping for another draw tomorrow now. Hearts drew 1-1 at Motherwell. Not the worst result but not what was needed either. Hearts missed a sitter and should have had a penalty so they’ll be disappointed. Need the bigot brothers to cancel each other out again.
