Getting nervous now. Bottle of Viognier chilling, ready for 6pm. Will be fucked by 6.30. Probably best.

Win, and I think we’ll make it. Lose, then I think we’re gone. Draw, no fucking idea.

3-1.

We could have had 4 or 5 against villa if the players had their shooting boots on and other players made the right decision with the final ball.

Play like that tonight with better decisions and composure and I think it will be a comfortable night.

Heart says 3-0 spurs, but head says 2-1 spurs with a nervy end to the game

About 10 years ago, I actually started applying to be an Air Traffic Controller. Was bored in my office one day and saw the process started with an online test.

Got through all the process until they said the next step was a psych evaluation and an interview.

All of a sudden I couldn't be bothered.

Airport three-letter codes is (one of) my Mastermind subjects. Your planes would have at least known where they were heading to, irrespective of whether they made it or not.

I got accepted, around the same time ago, and then the thought of moving to some random place in England for the forseeable put me off. I wish I'd done it though.

Tbf that was my other issue. I was never going to move so there was no point.

I genuinely think I'd have loved it tho. If I had applied out of uni I reckon I'd be doing it now.
Oh 100%, a great opportunity, and I'm a feckin weapon for not doing it. I was also accepted to Police Scotland at the same time and turned it down too.

I was actually in the middle of my degree as I went back late to uni and was having a crisis that I didn't think uni was a good fit for me. Since graduated, got relocated to Vancouver, and I now I hate my career as it's just so samey and I'm getting itchy feet. The story of my life.

Apart from us nobody wants this settled before the final day. The chance that the Ref has been got at must be 100 per cent. Leeds are getting something soft tonight. Probably more than one thing.

My personal horror scenario is west ham staying up by goal difference which is still possible if we lose heavily vs Chelsea

Spurs vs leeds 1-0
Chelsea vs Spurs 6-0
Spurs vs Everton 0-3

Newcastle vs west ham 0-2
West ham vs leeds 0-0

In that scenario both teams have gd-17 but Spurs stay up because they scored more goals.
But anything worse than that and we go down.

So even if we beat leeds, I will still be nervous until west ham lose vs newcastle.
If they get a point at newcastle it's still not over.
Jesus Christ

There's pessimism and there's absolutely thinking of the most impossible doomsday scenario........

And even in your doomsday scenario - we still stay up. West Ham goal difference would be -18 and ours would be -17 😃

Stay positive man!!!

Otherwise it will do your brain in...

:pochcry:

I want to ask all you lovely people to stay at least civil to each other, no matter how it turns out tonight. We're all in this together and we all want the same thing - our survival. By all means, slag off the officials and the opposition, but please be kind to fellow sufferers.

I will gladly wager Spain's annual public expenditure that your scenario doesn't come to pass.
