Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I know many, many Newcastle fans. And I can tell you now every single one wants us to go down because we are perceived as the BIG 6 club. Probably the biggest, certainly the wealthiest club to ever be in this position in the PL era

But.....I can also tell you that every single one of those same supporters dislike Woolwich, Chelsea, Man Utd and Liverpool more than they dislike Spurs.

Edit: we all know quite a few Man Utd supporters. And for whatever reason a fair few I know (not all) would prefer West Ham to go down.
Seems bizarre, but there you go
it's because we were good enough to just give them our best player on more than one occasion...

Sheringham, Carrick, Berba

they're all convinced if Ferge was still there they'd have "taken" Kane
they see us a little brother they bully.

I'm not saying it's the ONLY reason, but it's becoming a factor...

The fact people just assume we're "The Jewish club" cos of the Yid thing, fail to realise WHY we were tarred with that slur (and yes, it WAS a slur when directed AT us) for DECADES before we started using it...
Tottenham were despised, calling us YIDS was the thing Chelsea, West Ham, and even Woolwich fans (despite having. MASSIVE Jewish contingent in their Fanbase themselves) threw at us to reinforce their hatred....
They HATED us AND they threw that at us...
No other club (other than Rangers & Celtic) have a religion associated with them so blatantly, and as such WE are facing hatred that goes beyond why people claim they hate Man Utd or Liverpool.. Teams whose SUCCESS breeds a jealousy amongst other fans that morphs into hatred...
What Major, SUSTAINED decades of success have WE had that's earned the same level of jealousy...? None that's what. Yes we're a big club, but no bigger than Everton or Man City (pre-Oil money) yet the levels of vitriol and bile aimed at Everton are miniscule... And THEY'VE WON the league in relative modern times.. We haven't! So why the NATIONAL hate aimed at us?

Why do clubs like COVENTRY, WOLVES, LEICESTER, SOUTHAMPTON, VILLA seem to ALSO have a problem with us... we're not their rivals, yet they seem to hate us as much as some London clubs
.. What the fuck have we done to THEM?

It just doesn't make sense to me, and I'm desperately trying to find a common reason why....

I think you're desperate to find the confirmation bias if anything.

It's going to be a grim Newsday on Wednesday if we get anything at Stamford Bridge the night before...

I imagine all the SSN presenters will be instructed to wear black!!

I said it in another thread but the USA broadcast after the West Ham game felt like a funeral. Announcers were quiet, sounding depressed and kept saying how it’s not over, West Ham still have a slim chance.

These same announcers were energetic, excited and going on and on about what Spurs will do when relegated and how it’s a massive financial hit only two weeks ago.

SSN running with the "is it too soon to write off West Ham. ..?" There's ONE gane left! How late is too soon??

Meanwhile, I'm pretty sure they were planning our Championship fixtures the mornings after our Forest and Brighton games....

They're REALLY pushing this....
IF West Ham ONLY needed one point from two games, the bookies would've stopped taking bets!

TBF, Sherwood IS suggesting it's time for US to ruin CHELSEA'S relegation party which they've been planning to hold in our honour for MONTHS apparently!! 😉🙄

That's because spam are a bland bunch of runt-fucking turkey-felchers and them going down isn't much of a story.

Which is why, Lincoln, Cardiff and the entire Fanbase of every championship club isn't singing about playing them away next season...
Olé olé!

Millwall will probably be looking forward to it though!😉

Weird that - nearly like it was a performance for West Ham supporters who, weirdly, would have been tuned in watching their team
