I think it's just a product of the institutional rot that ENIC have allowed to spread throughout the club.
The problem with the medical staff is that the prognosis over the last 2 years seems to be constantly wrong. Maddison last Summer, Kulusevski was clearly expected to be back at the end of last year, Kudus was expected to be back. That's not bad luck anymore, that's a bad medical department. As for the amount of injuries themselves, again, poor medical staff and probably poor conditioning and just training standards in general. The constant bad prognosis' has left us short now in both transfer windows.
We've clearly been a really poorly run club over the last 8 or so years, definitely in recruitment, but also in academy, medical, conditioning, coaching etc. I think ENIC as owners had a responsibility to not allow that to happen.
