Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

And some people still have Wayne Rooney shrek head above him. Fuck off!

Kane will finish his career with far more goals than Rooney or Henry for that matter. He is a better all round football than both but people aren’t ready for that conversation. He paid the Spurs tax staying with us all those years. If he was with Real Madrid he would have had Ballon Diors already. He has 500 plus goals now and will finish his career with 700-800 and become the best English player of all time and one of the best strikers of all time.

Ok, he's now playing a much inferior league than they did when they were at the peak of their careers.

Hmm, ok. For the role he plays now perhaps

Nah, fuck that. Tried to get a snidey move to City, went on strike when he didn't get it.

Much different league to the shite German League.

I do remember Kane being dodgy with City. I haven’t forgot that. The German league isn’t that relevant considering in the prem Haaland gets City supporting him all these years and Kane had us. Kane may have gone from hard mode to easy mode but Haaland, Mbappe and the like have been playing easy mode with elite teams for ages now.

If Rooney had gone to Bayern, do you think he'd have been shite?

No, but that’s not the point I’m making, is it? 😂

Rooney was unbelievable as a teenager. But I think he passed his peak by the time he was about 23. Still a wonderful player obviously, but not quite what he was. I don’t believe he ever truly fulfilled all of his potential.

There is something of the what could have been with Rooney. I remember there was a chart of the best young players and he was number one then Ronaldo then Messi and at the time he was ahead of both. He was amazing at 18 but his growth sort of flatlined, still one of the best players in prem history but if he had grown like Kane or Ronaldo he would have been insane.

Incredible player at his peak, sadly I think he won the genetic lottery as a teenager and drew a busted flush in his mid-twenties. He was a grown fucking man at 16-17 and didn't look out of place at all. He was a bit heavy set; wouldn't surprise me at all if he was partying and boozing too much from a young age because with his talent he was still the best one on the pitch regardless.
