First off bin off Lange and Vinai. Secondly stick Romero straight on the transfer list. Thirdly go and get a top quality Left winger and Striker.

EVERYTHING, literally EVERYTHING starts with getting a handle on the injuries.

Then get a completely new team in the front office decision makers.

Then set up a meeting with Webb and the PGMOL to find out what we did or didn’t do to piss them off.

Then spend about 300m on the squad

There's an uninspiring but reasonable core of players. With our top players being Maddison, Kulu, Bents and VdV, we are working at a level below what we need - need to invest in one or two top-top-top players so that we are improving, not stagnating. If we don't aim to go up a level, we'll be back here next season.

Just need a couple of serious players - probably won't even matter too much which position (but someone that can shoot would be nice!).

- Lange and Vinai out tomorrow morning. Bring in whoever RDZ wants to run football operations

- £200m spent to improve the squad plus whatever we get from Vicario, Romero, etc. Fullback, striker, and a passing midfielder are must buys.

- Make JP's loan permanent

Need a new PL quality starting striker, left winger, left back, DM, CM, CB (possibly two), keeper, director of football, CEO, and probably some depth as well.

Aside from that we’re brilliant.

A lot of outgoings, they are needed.

Romero, Udogie, Dragusin, Bissouma, Davies, RKM, Palinha, Richarlison all need to go.

Need to bring in Vuskovic, pair him with vdv if vdv is committed. Kinsky needs to be the #1 next season, he will continue to improve. Bring in a new LB and a better striker.

Not sure the health of Kulu, Kudus, Odobert so that makes the wingers hard to look at and what De Zerbi wants.

The Club, owners, board whoever the fuck it is need to call out the PGMOL no matter the fines or costs.

We can't afford to be officiated like this again - in part our injuries are being caused from this also.

Grow a back bone Tottenham.

We now have a good manager, however we have been here before and RDZ is not the kind of guy to stay if he gets broken promises, we need to back him and do it early, however we cannot continue with a Ex Gooner at the club, Vinai needs to go, let it be known that the club does not accept failure , if we continue with Vinai and Lange still on the payroll it just send out the wrong message, sacking them 2 this week and then backing RDZ would go a long way towards proving to fans that those now in charge know what they are doing!

The problem is the owners don't know who would be good replacements. At least Levy has contacts within the game and the likes of Pleat to seek counsel from.

We need an ex-player group, or something, so the Lewis clan can seek advice. I think they're utterly clueless. So they can't sack Vinai or Lange, because they don't know what to do if those two are removed. Being ill-suited and having poor judgement, is betting than being completely clueless.

If we're going to get a new DOF even one to work as a duo with Lange, I suppose it's going to be Vinai providing the guidance for the club.

We've got about 3 weeks until the window opens then we start losing time, and we'll have the same people in place.

The only hope is that this season was such a shock to the season that they will stumble into a set up that works. It certainly won’t be by design. A bit like Levy with Poch.

Give De Zerbi the power, sideline or fire Lange, get in some former players into the board or executive team and we may have a chance.

We have to go back to the spurs philosophy of bold, attacking, attractive football. To dare is to do. Pragmetism has never worked for us. Probably why Frank failed so miserably. Managers and players have to embody that ethos. If I wanted to sit through joyless 1–0 wins every week, I’d have supported Woolwich.
