He is someone who will always give 100% and has the ability to score goals at vital times. I’d personally keep him and move Bissouma and Bentancur on
He can also genuinely cover at CB.

He scored 5 goals for us in the league this season. Which is only 2 less than he did in all of his seasons with Fulham. If we count all competitions he got 8 for Fulham and 7 for us.
We could certainly do with more goal scoring midfielders, hopefully next season our attack isn't so shite.
If this is the last we see of him, we owe him a hell of a lot of thanks. He's a proper character.
I rate him much more in the role De Zerbi has him, which is basically a CB in possession and a ball winner out of possession!
As a straight forward CM under Frank, he drove me insane. Under De Zerbi he’s absolutely vital

For this relegation run in yeah but going forward if we're gonna make strides up the table I don't see how he survives in De Zerbi's one touch, quick passing between the lines football.
I think there's potentially room for him as a squad player though.
I think De Zerbi wants him for character and professionalism. Knows he can trust him.
Obviously we need forwards but I think what De Zerbi wants in CM will be the most interesting thing to watch
We stayed up because RDZ picked a team of experienced pros playing in their best positions.
No- but do buy Palhinha.
That doesn’t mean he can pick only experienced pros for a whole season though.
I would be surprised if Bentancur and Palinha is the starting CM that he’s got in mind for next season. For sure he trusts them but I’m willing to bet he’s going to move some on and sign at least 1 new CM.
