I think I actually hate this cunt more than I’ve ever hated Levy. Yes, I know, shocking claim. I really mean it. Levy was foolish, controlling, and arrogant in many ways but he had a soul and a purpose. Vinai has absolutely nothing behind his words. He is a cockroach in human form willing to lie and throw everyone else under the bus to keep his lofty role. He is scum to the core.

he was replacing a complete and utter fraud who had just lost 22 matches in the league. if he'd been replacing peak conte i think many would've had a different opinion on the hiring.Virtually everyone on here at the time claimed it was a good appointment

They are trying to patronise the fanbase by giving the illusion of a club that "understands" and is "trying to fix the problems" without willing to admit they are the biggest part of it.
At the head of it, a gooner who is in self-preservation mode, whose #1 priority is his career.
Either that, or of course you can't rule out that they are just completely fucking clueless and have no ill-intent other than their awareness that they are making a mess of everything, hence the finger pointing

Firstly, they're very appropriately dressed in black.
Vinai blatantly failed to answer any question that implied he's failed to get it right so far (eg not strengthening the attack last Jan), preferring instead to commit to getting it right during this Summer's transfer window - he'd better bloody come up with the goods then (although he's already putting the responsibility onto De Zerbi, just in case it goes belly up).
"What comes next that's tangible, that fans can see & experience?" - He had no bloody answer!!! Just bluff & bluster.
I'm sorry, but that was more than disappointing - it was upsetting. Yes, he did the old Starmer "I get it" routine, but NOTHING that he can be held to account for. Cynically vague.

We had no quality, and that isn't addressed.
