It’s absolutely no good if it’s not attached to quality. Robertson is way past his best.
And we fell short, not because we lacked “winners”, but because we lacked enough quality on the pitch, we lost out to the Chelsea’s and Liverpool’s because they had more of that quality throughout the whole team and bench.
I’m ok with Robertson but for no more than 2 years as long as he realises he is not 100% nailed on to be absolute first choice.Anyway, he has been rumoured to have agreed a deal a good few weeks before RDZ arrived so the current stories may just be rehashed ones.

If he wasn't always injured and physically done, I'd have liked it. Milner and Xhaka aren't always inured. And given that he's going to be in competition with our LB who is also, very injured, I don't think this feels risk free at all. If Udogie wasn't out so often, I'd be fine with it. But this feels like sleepwalking into another disaster.
