Except he's absolutely nothing alike him
If we are going to nick anyone from Brighton it is Paul Barber that we need to bring home to do Vinai's job.
Which is why I think it's incredibly stupid to bring in another LB, who, is also made of glass. If he wasn't a crock, I'd understand it.Yeah but, maybe they think Udogie although built like a tank is made of glass.
Him being on the bench can fill in when injuries occur is what i think they are doing.
That’s not really the issue. All of them are decent players on paper . It’s more about what it signifies about who is control behind the scenes — all of these are Lange targets pre dating De Zerbi.Oh shut up. Senesi is a good player. That signing makes sense.
Buying sorry….but buying another left back and reducing our rightnacks to just one is just crazy. Instead of 2 right footed full backs amd 1 left footed fullback as we have now we’d have it the other way around. 1 right footed fullback and 2 left footed fullbacks ( 3 if you count Souza.)We'd actually be buying a 32 year old left back not selling one.
But if you can't see the reason, then here you go.... because Spence will play right back and Robertson will play left back along with Udoggie.
I'd rather we signed Robertson AND kept Porro.
And is a good footballer.

I'm thinking they get another right back and send Souza on loan.Buying sorry….but buying another left back and reducing our rightnacks to just one is just crazy. He's still getting sacrificed. But until his replacement is in the door business rolls on.
I just think he's a little wanker wannabe hard man, gives it the big un "leave him, I'll do im in later"
100% this mate. I feel nothing for all the rest so if we get a decent offer for any of them I will gladly take itHonestly, aside from probably Archie and Kinsky, I'm fine with any of the squad leaving.
not the kind of winners im talking about -
we wont plenty of football matches but fell short, every single time at important moments.
fine, we arent at a stage right now where we should be thinking about winning more than simply games, but experience at winning can make a difference at that last stage - in a game of inches...
I’m ok with Robertson but for no more than 2 years as long as he realises he is not 100% nailed on to be absolute first choice.Anyway, he has been rumoured to have agreed a deal a good few weeks before RDZ arrived so the current stories may just be rehashed ones.Robertson is 100% finished but I guess there's a big cost to back to back 17th place finishes.
With the hair and the beard I think Kinski is turning into Woltemade.
Souza (if he doesn't head out on loan) can learn a lot from Robertson as well.I'm ok with this. It made more sense in January, but even now it's a decent rotation option with Udogie, who is always injured.
And he has bags of experience and leadership.
We still need another 4 or 5 signings so it's a start.
He is in as much as he’s not good enough.
If he wasn't always injured and physically done, I'd have liked it. Milner and Xhaka aren't always inured. And given that he's going to be in competition with our LB who is also, very injured, I don't think this feels risk free at all. If Udogie wasn't out so often, I'd be fine with it. But this feels like sleepwalking into another disaster.Xhaka, Millner, Henderson etc all sort of signings that alot of fans would have turned their nose up at but have been crucial in the clubs they went to both on & off pitch.
Robertson is loved at pool and he known to be a great competitor and a great personality.
Hes not a player that will sell many shirts but players like that are crucial to squads and we have too few of them.
I'm happy with it. Very risk free and a huge potential upside for setting standards.
