Retaining him is bad, retaining him with a second sporting director attached is worse, and to be seemingly uncertain and unclear of what the setup will be going forward is unforgivable incompetence.
We have awful leadership.
Our leadership makes decisions at glacial pace. We have the longest gardening leave I’ve ever seen in any profession let alone football. Lange will probably be here until January while we sort out his replacement, simply because we haven’t got anyone else.

Sorry to piss on your chips, however, I don't think you can take what this account says too seriuosly.
Think he's going to last out the summer incredibly. Getting in a new DoF now will mean ripping up any plans they've made and starting from scratch. Bet they'll end up appointing someone new in September and Lange will either be demoted or sacked then.
