Yep. Thought exactly the same, Sheringham, Poyet, Ziege, Keller and then Redknapp a few months later. We looked alright for 4 months, then we looked like we were running in treacle for the next 18, thats when they were fit.
Wasn't this the brazilian source that kept saying it was advanced and we had almost agreed terms last year before it fell thru?

What I love about Savinho and Summerville is that they are both super quick and attack defenders. The home crowd needs players like this, I miss the days of Lennon and Bale!

They are not near those two at all. Bale was world class at 21 summerville is 24 and was relegated with 3 teams. Savinho apart from his girona season hasnt shined at all
I think Souza will go out on loan, I think Spence is shit at left back and should be sold and we haven't signed Robertson yet.
Love Savinho for LW, Ndiaye as RW would be great too (needed given Kudus and Kulu injuries... although Kudus should be back sooner).
