To be fair we do (Simons, Madders, Solanke, Richarlison etc). Only issue is they're either injured or crap. Or both.

Got me there i was hoping he woukd hit it off i liked the signing. Maybe getting some better players to help him possibly. Still i think xavi will come good under de zerbi imo i hope so anyway
Ultimately Savinho is an upgrade on Tel, Muani, Odobert so I don't hate the idea but we need another two attackers on top.
7 goal contributions for Xavi this season adjusting to the league and not starting at times and playing out on the wing it's a good start tbf.

Loads or PR crap but the club is still acting exactly the same, with the same people in charge
We can't even do PR right.
Kean had 8 goals this season and couldn't finish a wank.
Kean scored 19 league goals in 24/25.
He's only 26 and De Zerbi clearly sees something in him.

Nothing official yet but a lot if Media speculation. With the names said to have been signed and we are interested in, it looks to me the Media do not believe the owners are seriously going to invest big in fees or wages. Same old same old Tottenham. Has Levy really left the building.
We heard all this before though. Loads of players have been “approved” by Spurs managers over the years, but there’s a difference between approving a player and really wanting a player. It’s the classic line the club seem to leak when a signing is close.
Savinho is obviously a player the club have had on a list for some time, and the recruitment team have gone to De Zerbi and said “he’s the one we need.” But the issue is I wouldn’t trust our recruitment team to buy a carton of milk. Savinho has show very little over the past 2 seasons to justify spending 50 plus million for him.

I do think Kean is good not great, but he is a prime age striker who would be affordable with PL experience (and obviously Paratici connection so a deal to be done). Italian aswell so De Zerbi probably likes him a lot. The link makes sense and is probably a good fit for both sides.
Unfortunately, just feel that the level of players we’re after this summer will disappoint most of us. We simply aren’t high enough up the food chain anymore, we can’t attract real proven quality. The Keans of the world are our level.
