It doesn't help townsend and lennon cause when they are playing on opposite sides in this inverted role. It just doesn't work with these two. Avb tried, sherwood, tried it, now potch is trying it. It doesn't work.!!
 
i wish lennon and/or townsend will be on firts squad in our match. (especially townsend)
btw, the pitch in istanbul is no better than the one in belgrade :(

I really struggle to see how the banner was anti-semitic? I know it is a sensitive issue,but still,i think it is just a provocation one fan group to another. I mean there is a group of you who call themselves Yid Army,right? And i know that it is like a response to other fans but still,it is for you ok to use this term and not for us? I do expect a punishment cause it is well known how UEFA loves this part of Europe.

As for the pitch,it is in a horrendous state and as a matter of fact,this was last game that was played on this surface. It's changing starting today and the reason for this not to be done earlier is that we simply don't have the money. Even this was sponsored by the FA because national team plays at our stadium now,not in the red star stadium because their stadium is even worse (not pitch,other parts).

I am very happy with our performance,our leading scorer and best striker is suspended for 2 matches following red card so we had problems in finishing,but i am surprised with our defensive line which was so far been dismall. I expected more from Tottenham,even though this is your second best team,i thought you were better first 20 minutes and then nothing. I thought you were satisfied with a draw and this is strange from me becauseI know this Partizan team and we are very weak for this competition and i think that we played beyond our potential,like players gave 120% cause this is Tottenham and you will see in other group matches that we will not probably maintain this level.

Also,want to say one thing and it's not because i want you to like us or whatever,honestly don't give a fuck for that,but we are not racist nation and anty-semitic. I know it's maybe hard to believe but there is certainly some minority which is,like everywhere in the world,but i think that even among hard-core nationalits in the stands there isn't a big percentage of those. However,people here don't like "westerners",especially americans and british cause they feel we were treated unfairly by the international community (bombing in 99 etc) so they will find any way to insult and provoke you like with this banner.

Serbs are anti everything that isn't Serb. A more a more inbred, xenophobic country fully of racists would be hard to find. You understand the term ethnic cleansing don't you? That's what you lot are famous for.
I'd stick to the footballing commentary if I were you.

Oh - and football is a sport - not the mouthpiece of political comment

I posted a normal comment without insulting anyone and i can't see a reason for you to be an idiot like you are trying to be and you are doing well if I may point out to your progress in being racist becuse what you wrote now,that IS racist not to mention some stereotyped shit. OK - so I am racist, because I pointed out the documented fact that the policy of ethnic cleansing was practiced by Serbians during the Balkans war/wars after the break up of Yugoslavia?

I made no claims to be an expert in matters in your region, one holiday in Cavtat doesn't qualify me for it. But there is plenty of evidence available to clearly show what your national attitudes are like. Hopefully you will move on, with the rest of the world. Your country is generally reviled for its racist attitudes, and you trying to justify the banner as just a bit of fun, oh and because Britain was mean to us back in the day don't really do you any favours.
 
No,you are racist or fascist (whatever pleases you more) because you see actions of individuals and then you spread that on entire country or nation. It is like saying entire England is anty-semitic cause some West Ham fans shshshhshshsh during some Tottenham matches. Having said that, I already mentioned in the post above that I don't wanna talk politics here,just wanted to put out my opinion of the banner that was put last night. I don't wanna talk about wars of the 90s cause we are in 2014 and we could talk for decades without a point. And i do think that when it comes to that subject,I know a little more than you know. Let just one thing be clear. Crimes and clemsing were comitted on all three sides in the 90s war. And we as a country have a strong anty-fascist tradition and fought bravely in the both world wars along with British,French etc.
