We should have been calling for his head over Stratford.

And again over sacking Redknapp, but no people thought that was a brilliant decision and look at the way he was lauded 18 months ago when we spent the bale cash

The problem with a complete sale is that then we have to bring in new blood, who take time to gel, so we need to give them time.

I don't think Poch is a manager to make rushed decisions. We he does eradicate the deadwood he will do it in a structured way.

Bringing in new blood with a mix of proven PL experience and European football is an improvement on the haphazard style of the past 18 months

I really hope that we're are going to see more British players again. Pochettino has implented Dier, Mason and Kane quiet quickly. The results are bad, but we have to consider that we are playing with a really young squad who are currently getting used to PL football. I think that Poch can even turn Townsend into a useful player and help Lennon achieve a better form again.

I wish he still used a translator. He's clearly extremely intelligent but he can't get his point across in interviews yet. It was brought up on the last ohh when the spurs podcast, good point from them.

I think it's partly deliberate. Poche rightly has no respect for the media. Best to give them a few inane lines and get out fast to spend time with real human beings.

Poch must stay - two or three moved on in jan, three or four moved on in the summer.
All swaps sanctioned by Poch whether they be first, second or third preference.
Lets this one a period of 3/4 yrs to get it way he wants the game played.

This season really has been a disaster so far, I see no better time to persist with Bobby and Kane.

I think this says it all -how can they not 'understand what Poch wants?'
