But on the other hand, it shows that he's the type of cunt, who would probably have done much more to a 15 year old than he did, if the law permitted it, despite having a wife and young child at home. Surely it would have been better for your client if he admitted what happened from the off and took responsibility, but denied having 'sex' with her, if he did not have sex with her.
Surely BCL would have advised him to do so too, if they knew.
Otherwise your client lied form the start and is also making it up as he goes along & is as sly, manipulative and unbelievable as the girl you're attacking.
Or, the firm instructing you knew of his guilt but told him to deny all charges as he would be sacked and lose pay and are just as sly and manipulative?

I presume Mr Powell is AJ's lawyer ? In which case it is literally his job to defend him, regardless of what he thinks.
If only innocent people were defended by lawyers there would be no need for a court system, would there. Thats the whole point of innocent till proven guilty.
