An astute fella on SC pointed out the exact photoshop work in the away. It's simply a stretched out and manipulated version of the French shirt for the World Cup. The bend in the collars is exactly identical, including the shadowing. Everything we've seen since has been people consecutively having fun with it.
It's close but I don't think that it's as likely a photoshopped version of this. The blue is different, there's no white on the arms, and the collar is rounded where it looks like the purported away one has a crisp corner to it. It's definitely similar. I agree with elias_swe_spurs that it looks like Everton's shirt from this past season, with the white sleeves.
Pretty sure that UA, Spurs and AIA love all "fakes", "leaks", and speculation, out there though. They must be promoting it. I'd expect them to leak material themselves if there was no fan speculation/photoshopping on it's own.

These are all very easily shoppable traits to the shirt. Very, very easy to change a color tone of one body vs a white background, and almost as easy just to add white cuffs.

Just because of the cuffs? Nah man, that's extremely easy to do. The guy put up a side-by-side of the two shirts including close-ups, and he's spot on. The collar in particular is exactly identical with the back of the shirt pulled up somewhat, but the angle of the folds and the shadowing under it is exactly the same.
As for the site, I've no idea. I'm very much un-tech savvy, so I've no clue what he did there. Regardless, it's different from the other knockups because the ball n cockerel are actually white this time.
That video of the Spurs website... You can get an extension on Chrome that lets you edit the text and pictures on any website so it was probably done with that.
