Looks like they qualified by virtue of winning the Champions League in 2021. Mayby because Real won it twice (22 and 24) the organisers went further back than they otherwise would have to make up the numbers. That's a guess on my part. Fifa gave UEFA 12 spots so had to fill them somehow.

It's just all the winners between the 2021 and 2024 seasons with UEFA's other slots based on CL ranking over that period but with only max 2 clubs per association. Real winning twice just means another team gets it through the ranking.
 
No tv deal yet and the promise that all clubs would get at least 50m with the winners getting 100m has gone down the pan. Only one sponsor so far. It’s going to be a complete ballsup.
I see they changed the rules to get Inter Miami plus Messi in the competition. Miami won the supporters shield which does not mean they are champions of anything. They got beat in the MLS play offs, but as long as Messi turns up ,that’s ok.

It's corrupt as my uncle's birthday present, being a car then being being taken 3 days later due to repossession...

Fukk Messi & how the USA are using him as an anchor for this...I'm sure people who pay to see him will get the usual instagram message saying SOZ WE TOOK $800 FROM YOU HE AINT PLAYING LOL...

It's another Real Madrid bed post mark for trophies...

No one even talks about this tournament...

I don't usually diminish trophies but this one is up there in the 'MADE UP' category...
 
Just like UEFA has made a farce out the CL, FIFA now is making another farce with their World club cup. It's long been known that those ruling UEFA & FIFA are corrupt officials there for the money...but at least they were somehow able to cover-up their stupidity, but not anymore...
It's ALL about money (and kick-backs to the officials)
