A poor spell that should not be a surprise.

I have posted thousands of possitive posts. I created this throw away account this morning knowing the abuse Id get from the more challenged section of our fans.

Nice one though...at least you havent resorted to the level of wit and insults some others have.

no one likes to a read negative slant on things regarding the club we love. but sometimes we have to face up to reality.

mark my words if there are not sime major changes in Jan then this will continue to effect us.

My main worry at the minute is that we have fans that resemble them entitled pricks at woolich!
After a bad patch we have fans turning on the manager who has given us our best spell in years! Yet it's not good enough, we want instant success, on limited funds while building the best stadium in the Uk?

Yep, this is the Brave New World of which they speak. Oh well, I’m adaptable if anything. The fuckers aren’t going to drive me away from the club.

I blame modern society. Everyone (myself included) loses their shit if they can’t download a movie in 20 minutes. Everything has to be now, now now and everything is disposable. Just have to roll with the punches mate
 
Rather rich to play the old card ,
that some of our fans act entitled like the Arse .
Since we've won dog shit this century many would say the opposite , amazed how loyal , steadfast they are.

It's not the older fans calling for Pochs head though is it, it's the new fashionable fans, the ones who have only been around for a few seasons when we have been competing for the title, I have supported the club for over 30 years, and with the new stadium next season, I feel we are on the verge of something special, Poch is a young manager and he will learn from this, regardless though, even if we had a new manager, that suddenly wouldn't open up a pot of gold for wages and transfers! They would have the same limited resources as Poch does!

I think there is hardly any fans calling for Poch's head . They would be insane as the man has been a genius on limited resources but there can be discussion when things are a little flakey.
I hope your right about the new Stadium but l see it making little difference as dirty money teams will just blow us away as their finance is unlimited.
We may be able to retain the odd player but still lose many .
 
Amazing what a poor run can produce and that is the way of it at all top clubs.

Of those we are in maybe the most difficult situation because players and their agents can simply see us as that ledge before the summit, even if they did not arrive on that basis. The flipside being that if players are not seen as good enough for the 7/8 clubs above us in the pecking order are they good enough to win us trophies?

Rumours will naturally abound and there may be issues over the book release, players being unsettled etc.

For me and as I maintain we all got sucked into believing improvement was not possible and that beating Madrid and Dortmund meant Billy big bo!!ocks.

We need a couple of wins starting preferably with an away victory in the league to kick start our season but even more than that we need 2 or 3 players in January. Strong but fair competition breeds improvement.

If they come in the first 20 days then I feel Pochettino stays for 2/3 years more at least. If not then hmmmm....

What I will say of Pochettino is that as yet he has not identified or brought in one attacking player who has made an appreciable difference. Contrast that with every other top 6 club. It is bizarre.

But the man needs 100% backing. He absolutely deserves that.

I don't buy that.

As good as we were last season it was obvious I thought that we needed 2 strikers. I had no qualms with a so far disappointing Llorente but we needed one other of pace and offering something different.

And we needed a player or two in the midfield attacking areas. Again I saw that as obvious.

I am not convinced better scouting or seeing players just at the point of being stars should be beyond us.
