Pochettino in his early days with us and even Klopp in his early days with Liverpool, did not ask fans to have complete blind faith. There would be a performance once every few weeks to show the fans "This is what the team will look like every week when I've had more time".

It's no exaggeration to say that we have seen next to zero 90 minute performances of quality since October/November.

He may be the right man for the job, but it's completely baseless to think so at the minute. There isn't even a body of work from the past to back it up.
Nail on the head there. There is zero evidence to suggest things will improve given more time just some vague hope. This form and downward trajectory will just bleed into next season, like it did with Hoddle, Ramos and Pochs final year

Nagelsmann is a complete penis. It would be a spectacular failure.

Our attack for the last 24 games.

- Player gets the ball in an advanced position on the outside of the box
- Stops and turns around
- Passes ball to a player outside of the centre of the box
- Sloppy touch
- Hurried pass to another player outside of the box
- Stops and turns around
- Passes the ball to other player outside of the box
*loses possession*

It's the same shit every fucking game. Teams just sit back and put men behind the ball knowing fully well that we're going nowhere and will eventually fuck up and lose possession.

How we have gone this length of time with no tactical changes is beyond me.

Sacking and hiring another muppet manager a la Levy won’t.
Sacking and hiring a serious manager like Nagelsmann (yeah he won’t come) will.
They said the same when we hired Mourhino and then again with Conte

And as you say, Nagelsmann won't come and already ruled us out before Postecoglou.

And even if he were to come - do we seriously want another manager who thinks he's doing us some kind of favour by being our manager.

Can you remember how the opposition used to not bother marking Winks as he did more damage to our team when he had the ball than when he didn’t?

It’s getting close to that with our wingers. The opposition don’t bother closing Johnson or Son down. Just hold their shape and let them bumble along pointlessly.

Maddison is the only player that our opponents pay any attention to.

Because our manager only has one way of playing. He's stubborn to the point of madness. Apparently his one and only tactic worked really well against Kilmarnock and because of that it should work against Pep's City.

A normal football manager will tweak their system and tactics to suit the opposition. Not Ange, he thinks that because he was able to tactically outwit such footballing powerhouses such as Queen of the fucking South, he never needs to change a thing.

Ange ball has hit a wall because the personel (namely our forwards) isn't good enough, that much is clear.
That is over-simplifying the problem and just a part of the predicament.
Spurs are weak at defending on the counter and weak at defending set-pieces. So teams simply sit back and let Spurs have the ball and hit them on the counter and/or set-pieces - which makes it (much) harder for the attacker to produce.
And this Spursy way of defending affects the mentality of the whole team.
Even Barca at their peak tiki taka footy era - with the likes of Ronaldinho, Neymar Messi, Suarez in attack and Xavi & Iniesta in CM - struggled to create many chances/goals against parked buses.

I would probably say from an offensive point of view, that was our worst of the season. Considering how angry Ange was in that first half, I can sympathize.

Why the fuck are the likes of Sarr and Porro constantly passing back when they are in acres of space? I will never understand it and I dont understand why they do it. It's clearly not instruction. Because they weren't doing it earlier in the season. Why the fuck does Kulusevski constantly commit stupid fouls? What's the point of Emerson Royal?

Said it numerous times, Ange would get rid of 3/4s of this squad if Levy would oblige with it. The lack of technical quality in this team is astonishing. You mix that in with pretty much every single player being off form and you've got a recipe for disaster.

Ange (and Spurs) are suffering right now from the fact the previous 3 managers didn't fancy technical players. BIG fucking transfer window coming up because we need to start getting fucking ruthless. Anyone who is genuinely not suited to playing front foot football needs to be moved on. We can't continue to carry these fucking passengers.

The season has pretty much dwindled into nothingness tbh. I just wish Ange would be brave enough from Liverpool onwards to just play players he BELIEVES have a future here. If Hojbjerg is leaving in the summer, stop giving him minutes. Give Gils' minutes to Moore. Reward that excellent U21 team that have just got themselves through to the Premier League U21 final tonight. God, they'd have performed with some pride tonight.
Bingo.

We couldn't get Nagelsmann

I wanted us to try but he clearly asked for something we wouldn't give.

Ange is the only one mad enough to risk his career on this shit show scam that Levy has running.

Yeah nagelsmann was my first choice also but he rightly ran for the hills.

As Conte said, the club always looks to disrupt the figure of the manager, and protect the other things.

Ange just needs to given time, if there's no improvement or things are worse by this time next season then fair enough.

Judging by what I see on social media, it is just the loud minority of fans that want him out

Not even bothering to look on socials but after losing twice to that Chelsea team, he's asking for it.

imagine them doing the double over us this year. This club hates its fans.
