We've lost 10 games because our coach is repeatedly sending players out and asking them sprint half the length of the pitch over and over over.
The stats back this up, but you can also see it as clear as day the stands. All over the pitch, from front to back, players are sprinting around trying to "press" whichever opposition player has the ball.
When we play against a side with half intelligent players, they pass to an un-marked team mate, fairly often, and our players are chasing the ball around like 11 year olds on the back field.

Someone on the radio, a presenter, not a fan, actually tried to blame VAR for our problems on Saturday morning.
"Is it because the linesmen don't raise their flag and wait for VAR to check that's causing Tottenhams injuries".

No it's fucking not, because the linesmen do that in every game in football where there is VAR.
It's because we plonk our 2 CBs in the opposition half and expect them to have a 50m race multiple times a game.
When you look at the press we do often its wasted energy, spurs player is 15yds from ball he runs 10 yds ball is passed on to another player same spurs player now runs (another 10yds) ball is moved on again, YES other spurs players may come in on the press, BUT the first Spurs player has lost 20 yds of energy,Which if we has Sub's like for like maybe OK, But we don't
Often the starting position of the Spurs player is too fast away to start a good press

Supporting the team means to support them during the 90 minutes, Which i do, have done and always will do. As does nearly everyone.

I disagree, that supporting your team means to automatically adopt the repose within the week of "isn't everything going marvellously? and arent we on the right path?" When the last 9 months would indicate that it isn't and we aren't.

I spend about 10-15 minutes of my day on here. I'm really not in this angry vortex that you think I am. But thanks for checking in.

I agree that I don't want rival fans liking us. I want them to thoroughly hate us. The point is, that at this current moment, they don't feel that, to quite the degree that they should. We are a funny little oddity at the moment. Which you may well think doesn't matter. But of course it does. If rival fans see you as a harmless non-threat. It's because that is precisely what you are.

I see what you're saying. Where we maybe differ is the rival fans thing. It matters to me that we aren't winning games and challenging for something obviously, but I'm not interested in what fans of other clubs think. Tbh though I don't hear it anyway, as binned off twitter and talksport long ago. The only time it bothers me is inside the ground which is just part of the game.

Listening to Talksport phone ins makes me think that the average spurs season ticket holder nowdays is a wet mummies boy. So many saying they like what levy has done with the club and Ange is doing ok and needs more time.

Is this the effect of charging £109 for a ticket?

Yeah listening to talksport is definitely a good barometer of match going fans.

But you're right though, everyone who goes to games is a wet mummies boy. The only real fans are the ones who don't go to games and happen to have the same opinions as you.

Your welcome , just sharing my experience . You may not be angry but continuous posts about how it upsets you comes across as that . But by all means express yourself however you want .
Yes but he and others like him, including myself, are angry at the piss poor results and performances of the team we support.

If you're not, then the only conclusion is that you don't share the same passion and desire for Tottenham Hotspur to succeed as those of us who think we deserve better.

A new breed of fan, maybe?. A sanitised version happy to accept humiliation and ridicule in the name of some mythical football philosophy while at the same time believing the inane pretence that not being critical somehow elevates your fan status to a superior level.

Ironically, most of the anger and bitterness I'm reading on here is not coming from the Ange out or Levy out posters anyway.....It's coming from people who can't accept criticism in any way shape or form and are determined to push every personal boundary out there to silence those voices.

People getting angry with people who want our club to do better. A strange phenomena

Yeah you're right reading Klaus' crash out post definitely wasn't angry or bitter or anything, wanting us to lose is a completely rationale stance to take... 2nd person in the space of a day who said Fuck Spurs and that they're done with the club but yeah you keep ignoring that if it makes you feel better 😆

Well you clearly didn't read all of my post or the earlier one . Just pull out the bit that lets you justify having a bash .

My point , yet again , is for all your anger and repeated commentary , which I said I had done the same for years , is clearly not getting you anywhere , just like it didn't for me . It was affecting my life hence I had to make changes .

Don't for one minute think I'm happy with the current situation any less than you , unlike you I don't use it to beat at people .
You seem to think the angrier you are and the more you express makes you a better supporter .

Wrong .

This- is delusional.

We're 12 points off CL places right now with only 18 games left. Ange would need a miraculous run to match his record last year, much less improve on it.

The cult like behavior is obvious- but it's actually your claque that is guilty of it.

Come back to the side of sanity and admit throwing the league to chase cups in an escapist bid to salvage something from this season is an implicit admission of failure. The table doesn't lie, bub.

We’d probably need 15 wins out of those 18 to get fourth. We’ve fallen so blew that years ago. I don’t know how many we’d need to get fifth 13/14 wins? It’s been a disaster of a season.

Who exactly is the mass injury crisis again? VdV and Romero? and Udogie. And Ben? Vicario, obviously...
When your team is set up to play possession-based football, and the replacements are big drop-offs in ability to keep possession / play out from the back, it's a big adjustment. You either start hoofing it long, or need extra midfielders dropping back to help, or get caught in possession. All three of those affect your ability to control the game and create chances. Then when three of the replacements come down with flu and either can't play or have to drag themselves off their sick bed it becomes an injury crisis mate.

We're not missing any amazing CMs as far as I can tell either.
Bentancur (suspended) to Bissouma is a fair drop off IMO in terms of creativity in attack.

As far as I can tell we still have all our attackers save Odobert and Richarlison- Richarlison who barely contributed to last seasons 5th place finish.
The same Richarlison who was our top goalscorer per 90 minutes last season? He netted 0.66 per 90 minutes, higher than Son (0.52), Kulusevski (0.26), Johnson (0.22) and Maddison (0.17). Would be kind of handy to have someone like that to rotate for Solanke and/or Son I would think.

If you say our defenders aren't good enough to help us attack successfully that's where I start to call BS and say that's not sound football if you're counting on your defenders to create goals and offensive play for you.
Right because good football teams don't have creative defenders? Trent for Liverpool, Gvardiol for City, Trippier for Newcastle, ...
It's so bizarre how poor Ange can be in terms of points and how far people will go to rationalize why everything is just temporarily bad and set to get better any day now- in some pretend fantasy world where the return of VdV and Romero and Vicario will somehow lead to us scoring more than 1 goal a game again.
More than one goal per game? Mate we've scored 14 in our last 6 EPL games. Goal scoring hasn't dropped off, which is commendable considering the drop-off in service due to less effective play by our 2nd and 3rd string defenders.

The problem is we've conceded 15 goals in those same 6 games, the same number as we conceded in our first 14 games (15).

I really do marvel at how far folks will allow themselves to be deluded.
So we're deluded because we think our recent performance, particularly defensively, is not due to some significant degree by the loss of our first choice GK and CB's? Are we more deluded than someone who is trying to convince themselves that there is no injury crisis?

Wondering what your football mates - Spurs or other clubs think about Ange.

When I show mine what spurs twitter, reddit, youtube or here/SC have to say on Ange they to a man cannot believe it that Spurs faithful are Ange out. Some follow us, others follow different clubs. To a man they believe our match going fanbase are idiotic and thick for wanting Postecoglou sacked and that he is being cruelled by unprecedented injuries. Hard to gauge as we do have national bias.

We lost all three games but we walked away proud seeing our youth take on world class teams and showing they have what it takes to be in the competition.

No way do we get to even 50 pts. That would likely mean another 8 wins and a couple of draws. This side and manager arent winning another 8 league games this season. Top 8 and Europe is long gone. Its going to be our worst points total for at least 21 years.

Online levybots have evolved into AI capable of doing phone ins. It’s the future. Look at the levybots on here. Amazing how they have evolved.

For example if you give me a voice note with 30+ seconds of your voice within 5 minutes I will have you phoning up Talksport saying how much you enjoyed Your dirty weekend away with Daniel and Donna in Margate.

The filth you got up to!! Unbelievable!!!

Technology is awesome!!

I guess some fans are more passionate than others mate.🤷‍♂️

You once said you got a thrill out of seeing Spurs fans getting wound up after a defeat.

This season must be fucking exhilarating for you. The most thrilling since you joined the community.

Do you really blame Austin for the loss? Or any of the defenders in particular?
He may be the third keeper but he did fine regardless. That is quite a deep squad.

And you know who is Ange's marquee player? It's BJ. Ange thinks that BJ is a huge talent. That is why he wanted him even for 50M.

Now BJ wasn't injured. But BJ got our biggest chance from a few yards out. As you saw, he mishit the shot so badly it ended up going parallel with the goal. And it wasn't a volley, it was a ball on the ground perfectly on his stronger foot.

So Ange's absolutely first choice is what cost us that game. That has 0 to do with injuries. If you get your biggest career signing so wrong, you're simply not elite. The kid doesn't even posses the most basic technical skills required. Speed may be useful to some extent. I guess there's some difference competing in Scotland and England. He was never an elite manager. He's a charlatan who's blaming injuries even though his star player and golden boy has been essentially injury free all this time.
