Of course he did but don’t let that get in the way of peoples rhetoric. People called for weeks for kulu and son to be rested and not play 2 games in a row in quick succession…. Ange does that and he’s “throwing games”
Ange is absolutely not the man to carry this club forward but the sticks people use to beat him with are hilarious

It isn't happening. We've got to go to Villa Park, Anfield and the Bridge as well as some tough ones like West Ham & Fulham away.

We are absolutely woeful away in those sort of reasonably tough games, and not even solid at home. Forget it - we might finish 11th or so but that's it.

With the next game 8 days later and at the expense of throwing a league game that we definitely have chance of winning considering how bad Citeh are this season. His decisions continue to not make sense to me. Might as well play Scarlett too. But then he didn't.

But if one can just view it as - and one is allowed to view it and discuss it as - a standalone game - it was a classic game of two halves - the kind that happens week in and out.

We were completely dominant in the second half - limited them to 1 chance in the box - and its not as if city were just happy to sit back and soak up the pressure.

Also one of his chemists was to bring through some of our exciting academy players. His done nothing of the sort. They all been shipped out or ignored mostly in favour of young and just as inexperienced in PL players that we have purchased. No one can tell me that what we have paid in loan fee and wages ( I heard over £100k/wk) for Tel is better than at least giving minutes in the PL to Dane or Will. Hdf is Tel on that much money when he has done f all yet in his career.
