I can kind of understand.

Bearing in mind that those first ten games or so of his tenure have done an awful lot to help his position, we did have a genuinely ridiculous injury crisis in the core of this season. I get why you then give the benefit of the doubt until the squad regains fitness.

Thing is, we now know that it wasn't just down to said injuries and we really are going nowhere under him. Fine, Levy, you wanted to avoid looking like you have an itchy trigger finger: now you can fire him.

Money, plain and simple imo. But beyond that, there’s still a baffling number of supporters who genuinely want him to stay, which is absolute madness—I’ve never seen anything like it.

I know calling it a cult ruffles feathers, but what else do you call it when people blindly dedicate themselves to an individual, defying all logic and reason?

At this point, it’s bordering on the religious—they seem to care more about him as a person than the actual football club. I thought the Mourinho diehards were bad but fuck me...

Yeah his press conferences slagging players is weak. Didn't like when he did it to werner earlier in the season too. Its hypocritical! If you don't like bissouma then play Sarr/Bergval/Maddison instead of him today. He had options and he got the team selection all wrong. Pathetic and borderline narcissistic if he can't see his own flaws!
 
So basically at this point it's sack Ange, take your chances with whoever and probably lose before the final or keep Ange... and probably lose before the final anyway.

He’s right about Biss but you can’t throw individual players under the bus.

If they feel they can get a legit replacement during International break then they may as well get it done.
