Season 8 What GIF by One Chicago

I hadn't realised that the real problem was that I'm actually not intelligent enough to enjoy failing to win against the likes of Wolves, Ipswich, Leicester, Fulham and Palace. If only I weren't such a dullard troglodyte harkening back to the unga-bunga days of going undefeated at home an entire season under Pochettino.

Maybe I'll knock out some Dostoevsky and Nietzche at night times and be ready to go again in full enjoyment mode next season.

The basic problem we have is that he should have been sacked two or three times over, so we're in this absurd holding pattern where no matter how shit it gets, he just waddles off, coughs, stares at the floor and then gets to carry on.

Ange feels like the natural conclusion of where we are as a fanbase. Absolutely broken and incapable of holding our owners to account. So this fucking bum gets the keys to the city. A bullshitting chancer that perfectly chimes with our bullshitting owners.

This club is fucked.
Question is why is Levy not firing him? He fired so many before. I mean jose right before cup final game.... this baldy has gone insane. If only I can hire a John wick..

I admit, with or without him in charge I thought the worst was behind us. Because it doesn't get worse than losing to a Championship bound Leicester team at home after leading at HT, conceding 3 in a single half against Everton that were averaging less than 1 a match around that time and so on.

That's why, with injured players slowly coming back as well, I was expecting him to enjoy a -totally undeserved- new manager bounce that could have easily been enjoyed by Mason or Wells for all I care. I guess that's what that 3 match spell from Brentford to United was, but I was expecting it to last longer. He turned out to be even more incompetent than I assumed. We're back to square one already.

He could have easily won Levy over with a win streak of some kind, accompanied by some improvement in our game. Instead we ended up getting battered in the first half of that City match, losing to AZ without a shot on target, earning a totally undeserved point at home against Bournemouth after getting battered once again, just falling over the finish line against AZ, and getting played off the park again today.

We're almost looking worse with a fully fit squad, you can't make this up.
