And yet the funny thing is that the City match we looked competent and a sign of progress.

We even looked good on set pieces lol

Gives you the feeling of what if and why he didn't change it 2 months ago.
We usually seem to do relatively well against City.

I think the penny dropped when he brought on Scarlett during the recent Burnley match that Son isn't suited to play CF in this system.

Imagine boasting about how good we are and showing a vide of us losing and not scoring.

That's the level of delusion the Angecult has created. It's like a fucking religion, where no amount of sense or evidence can stop them preaching.
yeh it quite sad actually at the levels of delusion and the constant defense of the indefensible but there you go.

He will talk in riddles again today in his press conference and inevitably make dumb arse comment number 737376363737 and the preachers will tell us what he actually meant.

Get the summer right and we will be more like the first 10 games than the last 10.
I don't want to be mean about Johnson but we could have done with getting a proper CF instead, especially with Richarlison's injury record and the amount of off games he has.

Before the start of the season I didn't like it when Ange stated something like ''you can't repalce Kane, he's a one off'' well duh we all know that but we could still have brought in a proper CF.

Well they would only be echoing what the manager said after we lost to Fulham 3-0 (the following was deflection yet again imo) when he said 4th was "meaningless" and how he "doesn't want to finish fourth unless we have grown as a team" which based on his shaky foundations comment and our run of bad form, we haven't.

Also, we have past proof that finishing in the CL places really hasn't pushed us forward as a club in terms of money invested on the squad so again, that would be a justified opinion wouldn't it?

Maybe you should stop blaming supporters for the clubs failures and a rare situation of us not wanting our bitter rivals to win the league (a position we should have never been put in as supporters in the first place) and direct your issues towards the people that can actually change the fortunes of the club, the owners, manager and players.

My take on his comments about 4th, wasn't that he didn't just want to finish 4th. Not that he didn't care if we did or didn't finish 4th.
100% certain he got set objectives this season and that he, and the players all have bonus payments built in for top 4. So any idea that he actively didn't care about 4th (or higher) is wrong.

Obviously was that.

The target was to stay in the title race, no matter how miraculous it would be.

Will be next season too, he’s already said as much.

Richy without injuries probably = >15 goals and 10 assists

I said in hindsight that 'I'm the lone Avenger' BS, though I'm sure it made Levy bust a nut, is a massive red flag. You work toward creating a coaching ethos, and you find and employ people who share that vision. Assemnling those coaches takes years. It's no different with players Eric Dier can't play the system you get VDV. Why would coaching be diffrent.

He’s like the littlest Hobo.

Loves to put things right somewhere . Then moves onto the next town.

Because coaches don’t have to use their body to play.

Dier wasn’t an ideological mismatch, he physically and technically couldn’t perform the role. That doesn’t happen with coaches. If you get young, ambitious coaches that want to learn, it’s probably better to have a new staff each time

I was about to agree with your post, but then I thought I'm not as sure as you that we won't lose.
if we lose i think he has to go. thats completely unacceptable, it would also make the last 10 games a disgraceful run of form. luckily for him sheff united are one of the worst sides to ever be in the league.

the last 10 games is already a disgraceful run, this would be 11 and the cherry on top.

We’ve got the Australia match and Japan tour. He’s going nowhere except those two places.

Fixture list for next season will be interesting.
Don’t see us starting with another 26/30 points. Buts it’s a target to aim for.
