But , realistically, he’s never going to get those players ( managing us ). Most likely applies to all but a few clubs worldwide .

This team , managed by Ange ; would do the treble in Scotland , four years running; and he’d be rightly acclaimed

The problem is that he’s now up against 19 teams, at least half of whom would also do the treble in Scotland ( year in and year out ) .
The rest would most likely win at least a trophy or come close.

Maybe It really is that simple .

I hope I’m wrong BTW .

We concede the same goals in transition every single time and teams have figured out how to easily nullify our threat. It's not just a coincidence we keep losing in the same fashion - it's by our very own design.

Neither United nor Newcastle look better than us, that's bullshit. We've had Newcastle on the ropes in their own home today and couldn't finish them.

He changed both. The press structure changed and caused them huge issues, he adjusted to have udogie playing between the lines and receiving line breaking passes instead and we passed the ball through them several times. The personnel changes also changed the tactics as well because Kukusevski went to the right 8 and it meant Porro was in a deeper position to prevent counter attacks down our right hand side.

All those changes impacted the game in our favour second half but we didn't kill them off and got punished.
 
Unfortunately his team cannot defend, no good having the bulk of the play and shots on goal, only to concede the moment someone comes at you.
It seems to be his krytonite, it will lead to his undoing eventually.

That is what worries me. We can beat all the shite but Newcastle,Utd,Liverpool,Woolwich and Chelsea away just isn’t happening. And I’ll bet anything right now that we take zero points from all those teams away this season. This isn’t an Ange thing,it’s a Tottenham thing. Fuck knows why we are the only team out of the top 6 that can’t win at these places.
