Postecoglou is lucky that the focus, outside of THFC is not on him. Very lucky.

No team other than Liverpool are doing anything of note.

So he may be helped by comparatuve mediocrity..... for now.

But losing today should have him answering questions in my opinion..

Bournemouth have conceded more than we have this year.

I'd take either tomorrow. I'd actually probably rather Mckenna and not based on today. Utd have shown with Amorim if you have the intent you can prise someone out of a job mid season and neither of the afforementioned are top of the bloody champions league table, or cost £10m.

Levy & enic hold us back with their opposite priorities to us fans. & ange like all managers is very restricted by them but still should be doing better especially when the league is open & weak. But if you blame ange then you blame levy for another managerial appointment failure!
 
If every team under performing in the league this season fired their managers, who would be left? It's an odd season. 10th place and 3 points off 3rd, tied with half the league for most wins at 5. Spurs could end up easily in the top 4 and win a trophy along the way. They might also end up about 7th and the season end up a step backwards. But those are things we won't know for quite some time. My guess is it will be an ugly season but we finish 4th or 5th. There's nothing for it but to keep pushing forward. The worst thing would be to take a team that has been schooled to play an unorthodox style and try to change direction in mid-season.
 
Ange has produced so shite in his time at spurs, but this is a new low and embarrassment. Keep saying it. This league is beyond his ability. 16 points from 11 games, only the bottom 3 have lost more. Shamefully incompetent.

40-50 mill defenders, you mean the ones we either overpaid for or are quite overrated?....Romero with his constant brainfarts, VDV with his dodgy hamstrings, Porro and Udogie who have no defensive awareness??

That's not all on Levy, but between him, Scholar and Alan Sugar, they've done their best to turn us into what we are.

No wonder everyone hates us and laughs at us in equal measure!

Its not this season. Last 39 league games since the great first 10 last season are now W17 D5 L17. Its the definition of mid table. This season we've had pretty comfortable fixtures to date, played Newcastle, Utd, West Ham at good times and we're 10th. Things about to get a whole lot tougher. I think talk of 4th is a bit of a fantasy at this point.

And who's instructing our wingbacks to be so high up and leave us so exposed mate?

Why is VDV's hamstrings fucked when he's never suffered them in Germany and Holland? Because he has to chase back at a million miles an hour for last ditch defending because we are so high and open.
