In another thread, I voted to reassess at Christmas/new year. The way results are going, it’s got the feeling of just pushing this off to the end of the year.

If there’s an option out there that is a “can’t miss” then I would be okay letting Ange go. Problem is, that’s almost never the case mid-season. Ange will absolutely do a better job than inserting Mason in for the umpteenth time.

Since Poch was sacked, we’ve hardly had a manager for more than a year. This squad is just a bunch of individuals bought by a hodgepodge of managers with different systems and tactics.

As frustrating as the results under Ange are, this has been the case for the last 6 years including Poch’s last year here. It goes much higher up than the manager. At some point we have to let a manager have more than two or three windows before ripping the badge off.

I just dont think he's that good a manager, certainly not good enough to be in a league where every single match is a test.

We've not won 3 league games on the trot for 12 months now. This calender year we've only won 2 on the trot on 2 occasions. Thats the sort of shite we havent seen for 15/20 years.

Bournemouth away, Chelsea and Liverpool home 3 of our next 4. I mean you never know with us but can see him being bang in trouble very shortly.

The big man is done or close to it now unfortunately. He doesn't seem to know how to menage his squad or counter the effects of piling fixture list with tactics and rotation. I'm getting suspicious looking at our injury list. Baffling Spence wasn't used at all again. We're in trouble.

What’s he got against Spence I wonder

Lol no it really isn't this is Ange Postecoglous Spurs. It's nonsense to pretend otherwise and today is their mean....and it makes them a mid table side.

if you think you have the right manager/coaches yes he needs time
but do you see any improvement in our players or system ? that would suggest its worth keeping the manager
