6th is a pipe dream at this point
Yeah, could well be right.

Not even lusting after it like that either tbh.

Knew the season would be a virtual right-off after the window.

Just want a proper manager in.

A few would work, but I think Frank has the ideal tactical skillset for this squad and would bring a consistent, high level of performance.

He knows how to pick balanced teams and is versatile and aggressive in his style and RESPECTS the defensive side of the game.

Hope we've been cheekily sounding him out

I think he gave up that day when we lost to City and he has that weird meltdown.

Looked totally defeated in his presser, no conviction in anything he was saying, was sucking his teeth and rolling his tongue around his mouth like he was almost holding back tears

Levy broke another one
yea, hes a winner. football savant but hes just not had the chance to show it at all since hes been here. dier on the halfway line with 9 men waiting to chase jackson was genius and we just got unlucky.

hes the first manager to realise set pieces just arent that important either. hes like a fucking pioneer of the game. hes sussed it all out. FB's playing as 10s...fucking genius! im actually questioning if hes human at this point. breathtaking stuff.

I'm totally with you, he's out of his depth. Read my posts tonight I want him gone.

But how many more failed managers is Levy going to preside over? How many more disastrous transfer windows? These players just turn up when they fancy it, doesn't matter who the manager is.

18 months from now we will be right back here again

you people crack me up. are you that fucking oblivious to reality?? he was done long ago, its toxic as fuck now, hes finished. you'd keep him to get us knocked out the cups and completely ruin the season all together? genius idea.
You people crack me up. Get who in to replace him? Would it surprise you if we smashed Chelsea given the result we had at city? Ive said here before we will reach a cup final this season.

well thats another question, we just have to hope that levy gets lucky. if hes going premier league then the obvious ones are silva and iraola, they are an upgrade on this idiot, anyone is. it then needs a bit of luck if they are actually ready to take the big step up.

levys not going anywhere, he also knows he has mugs in that stadium going every game spending money and they accept mediocrity, they'll sing about loving donkeys like eric dier!!! its a dream for levy.

you think we reach a cup final with ange? are you not aware of how dead it is? its fucking done, it never comes back from this. we will struggle to win two of the next 6 league games, we aint beating united in the cup, we aint going past 1/4s of europa and we aint getting past any top 12 prem side in the FA cup.

The injuries are what they are, and the dip in form recently can be attributed in part to them.

But we’re at 18 months now and the club is in the same place as when he took over, maybe worse, with or without injuries.

It doesn’t seem like this project is going anywhere. So how much longer should we wait? It’s not gonna change in the next six months, so why waste all the time between now and then?

Apart from this, you can’t serve up what we watched tonight over and over, it’s unserious.
I think you have to get through the season to know what if the system is sustainable. There are times when it has looked very good. Now you have to figure out if the system is the issue or the injuries. You won't know that until the season is over.

I understand people feeling like that right now, but reality is Spurs have a system that doesn't work without at least one elite center back who excels at recovery. If Spurs get van de vyn back and we're still getting beat on the counter, that's a different discussion. Right now Spurs are a young team with lots of injuries and insufficient depth and it won't get better until the injured players return and the transfer window brings some depth.
VdV wasn’t gonna score tonight. We’ve lost too many points teams to shit teams because we can’t score.

That City win has really done a number on fans. It's like some can't look at anything critically. We won 4 nil at City, we must be good I see them say. Football doesn't work like that. The City win was a freak result where we played a team bang out of form, who we have a strange voodoo over.

West Ham who are basically dead and Lopetegui is hours from the sack, won at Newcastle the other day, who are very strong at home. Sometimes, football throws up strange results. What we are seeing v Fulham, Ipswich, Palace, Bournemouth and tonight, is much more our level, not the City game.

We are bang in trouble IMO this season. We are failing to beat the midtable and lower table sides, and we have Chelsea, Liverpool, still to come. If Ange isn't sacked soon, we will be bottom half or worse soon enough.

I back Ange. This ain't his fault, nor is it the players. If you want to direct your anger anywhere direct it at the board. Ange is doing exactly what he said he would do before they employed him. The board always tries to blag it by doing just about enough... Cue an unexpected injury crisis and we're heavily exposed. It's not Ange's fault our squad needs 2 years of rebuilding. The next month will be shit, suck it up and deal with it because it aint gonna get better until we get our first team squad fit. Sacking him will make fuck all difference.

Didn't Ange state he was happy with the squad in the summer? And then went on to remind us that all incomings and outgoings are his call and to cap it off, he ALWAYS wins a trophy in his second season. He could have headed a lot of this off by explaining this is a transition season.

But he's a yes man trying to front Levys illusion of ambition
