We've been hearing that for well over a decade.
I'm really struggling to care at all right now, and I've loved this club for 35 years.
I always will, but let's just say the relationship is currently 'complicated'.

We can't just accept Ange, who, if left long enough, will do near irreparable damage, in the role.
We have lost 7 matches before halfway. The score lines in the last 2 losses have flattered the fuck out of us. We've been thoroughly and comprehensively outplayed.
We cannot afford to leave him in the role. Sticking Hoddle or someone until the end of the season would at least steady the ship. We'll end up in the bottom 6 if we carry on with this fraud.
So the answer is anyone with a few badges Ok.

Speaking personally ; I don’t think it does actually. I’m old enough to have had some of the best moments of my life supporting our club ( when I was much younger , it must be said ) .
Since joining this forum I’ve realised that I’m actually very lucky in that regard.
For a modern day supporter in their early forties say ; it’s been a much more meagre return ; I actually feel for them .
FWIW : we may as well stick with Ange , at least until the end of the season. Bin off the EPL and treat the Europa in the same way as Gio treated playing for Argentina.
I’d take 17th in the EPL and even a Europa s/f . Hopefully a final …

Let me save you the time. Their managers are better than ours. A discipline, well-coached, well-drilled team of good to mediocre players is way better than a group of talented good to great players who have no shape, tactic, or plan.
Managers and coaches do actually make a difference on the team during the week and on match day during the game.
