It won't happen, but I'd bring Potter in on a 5 months deal to see how it goes, if well then extend, if not then look to appoint someone else in May.

We are a certified mid table club (positions 8-12th) this is our level but at the moment the whole squad and manager seem to be in denial about this fact and continue to approach games as if we're challenging for top 4 and as a result we get done over easily while the players look confused on the pitch while the manager is too arrogant to change anything.
