There's already too many youtubers who just blindly back ENIC and Ange.
Sean Butler blatantly has shares or some kind of financial tie with the club whereby he benefits from ENIC.
Pretty much every main, high subscriber channel unequivocally support Ange despite giving nothing to back it. Nothing.
other than "I don't see who else does better"
IE, the worst argument ever. I (me) don't give a fuck what you (them) don't see, you've already proven to be completely insane anyway.
None of those have Shady's level of charisma tho

I appreciate the piss taking and ignoring the post is fine but the reality is there for all to see regardless. We all know Levys track record and how he operates, we all know that there are real and significant problems with Ange and his management of the team.

The writing is on the wall regardless of my posts.
Thing is in normal Levy times he'd have been gone November or December. I thought it would be after Forest. I dont see why they have waited when all the evidence is there that they have appointed a total dud. Just feels something is amiss somewhere.

suppose that's as close to nagelsmann as i can hope for

lol i was actually being genuine and not just a piss take, they love that stuff over there. not so much here

I assume that Lange and Paratici have to be kicking in Levy's door if that is the case. Because there's no way that those two don't understand the table or are happy with results.

There was a picture of Lange at the Tamworth game and he looked so frustrated.

I’d be amazed if those two aren’t reaching out to managers with or without levy’s say so. They won’t want to be made to look shit at their jobs by the manager.

Ego, a desire to not keep sacking managers and failing in the appointment of managers, a desire to break that never ending cycle of failure…you name it…but the fear and pressure of finishing in the bottom half, potentially no Euro involvement and perhaps a relegation battle, crystallises those fears in to hard and necessary decisions

If we lose to Everton then we're in a relegation scrap, unlikey to go down but we're still in it. I'm sure the intention is to wait until the end of the season and if we were say a safe 9th or 10th then at this stage its probably best to wait (imo it should have been done after Ipswich to save the season) If we're 15th come Sunday night then best laid plans are out the window, they will not want to risk it.
Yeah if we find ourselves in genuine relegation fears then fair enough, makes sense to rip apart the project just to survive.

But we are 200/1 to get relegated. I think we'd be crazy just to bring in a defensive coach now instead of waiting for Iraolo in the summer.

Oh these two 100% have some form of shortlist of potential replacements ready and have reached out to at least some of them.

These two are the leading football people at the club. They if anyone are working with an eye to fix this.

Hard to believe Levy has not pulled the pin on this fiasco, how close to relegation do we need to be B4 he cops on?
We’ve got 6 games in 20 days or so, ending with the second leg against Liverpool. There is really no good moment in January to sack him.

This is EXACTLY why he should have been sacked in the fall. December and January were to be far too important to the club for us to trust them to a manager who's shown us nothing.

But the consequences of not trying to do something to salvage this next run of games - the cup semifinal, two Europa, and three league games besides - seems as dire to me as anything else that could happen. What, are we going to regress below our 1.1 PPG average under Ange? Not win trophies he has little chance to win in any case?

We’ve little to lose in my opinion.

I would have sacked him at the first international break but like planting an apple tree, the best time to have sacked Ange is long ago, the second best time is today.

Trying to avoid emotion here and stay logical and calculated. It's not easy but I'm trying.

We are 200/1 to be relegated. Do we genuinely bin off the idea of getting Frank/Iraolo in the Summer just to get anyone who's available now in? Doesn't make sense to me.

We don’t need to bring in a defensive coach. Just a better coach.

Ange is in no way shape or form critical to the long term success of this club. We have young players who will flourish under good coaching. In fact, at the moment, he’s a hindrance.

Set us back years? What?

We are sliding and what matters FAR ABOVE ANYTHING ELSE is to avoid relegation - we have a very real chance here of getting into a relegation dogfight now.

Our players need someone to come in, gee them up, COACH them, ORGANISE them and send them out to get some results. This is a top 8 squad for sure. No one on this board is saying it isn't.

In the summer we can get the best manager Levy's straightjacket allows. Until then we need a Houdini type manager who gets the team fighting.
Any ideas who the short term Houdini type is? Mason? Sherwood? Stellini?

We've got little to gain as well TBH

A lot of fans are deluding themselves as if sacking Ange there's gonna be some bounce and Mason is gonna lead us into the promise land of Europa League and FA Cup glory.

At best it will give the Ange outers a lift and they will delude themselves into thinking we 'have more structure' on the pitch and we're 'defending better' and all sorts of spurious claims about play style, in reality it's gonna be more of the same and perhaps even worse, it's not as if Mason is some sort of strategic mastermind or known to be able to steady a team through a dogfight or some motivator for one off matches in cup games...in fact if I was a rival player and saw Mason leading the team out I'd probably just burst out laughing TBH.
