How about those first 10 matches caught the league unaware and once other managers cottoned on to Ange's weaknesses, the whole scrip changed. Yes we finished 5th but we were truly limping at the end.

And now we're 15th in the league. So clearly last season post November was - as many of us feared - far more indicative of Ange's Spurs than those 1st 10 games were. You wouldn't disagree with that would you?
I'm surprised the club has let this drift so long.
As you say, since November last year it has not been great apart from the odd good win.
Maybe he is a salesman to levy and the board but, I just can't see him turning it around.
With or without first team players it looks a mess, we might have lots of chances on goal, but so does the opposition.
With a bit of basic organisation the team could climb the table. Levy won't get him what he needs, more likely waiting for injured players to come back saving on recruiting.

This whole experience is making me realise how cults and flat earth become a thing. The mass delusion is like nothing I've ever experienced before, all because this bloke has a bit of "charisma". Spurs fanbase would have been right in behind Hitler & Mussolini I can tell you that for free.
i actually know a few idiots who believe in flat earth. a lot of that is down to boredom i think, they are actually fairly smart away from that crap. i think the reality of the universe is mind blowing for them too so i think that plays a part. it is very strange, its pathetic really.

this postecoglou thing is mainly a bunch of australian weirdos following him about, completely delusional about his abilities bless them. the spurs fans that like him are your simpletons that haven't got a fucking clue about football in the first place.

I really think we missed an opportunity not having Amazon filming this season.

I want to see these team talks!!

“Postecoglou often delivers lessons in morality in his final team meetings before a game - in which he typically runs through his tactical instructions, before giving a motivational speech.Postecoglou is a powerful speaker, some players find it hard to take their eyes off him. He does not banter with his players, usually saving his lighter side for the media.”

Thank you for the post, that's perfect! We concede because we are dumb and naive tactically and still people try to blame the players all the time. It's just easy as fuck to create chances like that against us, we are flooding the final third, where the ball will never arrive unless is a long ball, and that is easily defended by any players. So it leaves the opposition with more players confortable to press us at the back and bingo, eventually we'll lose the ball and give chances. The way Ange plays is suicidal, not to say stupid, we don't need so much player so high on the pitch when we are working the ball in the defense, it's absolutely pointless.
I have said this all along. We have no one at the back to pass to. When a CB has the ball generally the only option is either the other CB or the goalie. Sometimes they will fire the ball out to our sidemen like Son or Johnson. However they are useless when they receive the ball facing our own goal. All they can then do is pass it back. The FBs are never available to receive the ball from the CBs. Having said that I do see Spence kind of hold back and he gets the ball from Archie. However by then those two are boxed in and have no real out other than kick long. Porro has already disappeared over the horizon. I’m sure as a defender who can’t defend he lives that being out of sight. It’s stupid no one else does the same thing. Even dippers when Trent gos inside he is almost playing as a 6. Yet Porto is sometimes further forward than Johnson and next to Solanke. Crazy!
