We have seen the impact a similar scenario had when we got Conte (though it was earlier) and added Kulusevski and Bentancur in the January window. A similar shot in the arm is needed now, but not for Ange. A proper coach.
Terzic is out there, give him an 18 month contract and if he can't improve things, sack him in the summer and move for Iraola. All completely doable.
