FFS John, he's literally just said in his last post:The guy you're debating with used to label anyone critical of the ownership as a "Gooner Troll"
I'm surprised he still has the front to post on here given his history of unswerving support for Levy.
He's stalked me before. The guy you're debating with used to label anyone critical of the ownership as a "Gooner Troll"

The effect of the stadium isn't so significant that having a PSR composed solely of 2 seasons without European competition and 1 season of EL competition will not have an impact.
And we're not discussing Levy at all here. The point made is that Ange's lasting legacy at Spurs will be the financial damage his 18 month reign of disaster will create. That's independent of any analysis of Levy, in fact Levy could fuck off today and Ange's stinky shadow would still be haunting his replacement 48 months from now.
I have read you doing this thing you describe yourself.
What 'good' have they done for the 'club'?
Please explain.

Can we banish all the 'fans' who hate ENIC more than they love Spurs to the ENIC Out thread and rename it 'the thread for people incapable of accepting that other people have different opinions to theirs'?Can we banish all the exist cult members to the evAngelist thread and rename it the looney bin?
Well first of all, the season isn’t even finished mate. Secondly, I can find another season in Premier League where the table was tight. Doesn’t mean shit. Thirdly, the league was indeed competitive when you had City and Liverpool in their prime a few seasons ago. You couldn’t touch top 2. Nowadays Slot who’s just jumped ship from Eredivisie is leading the fucking league with a team that finished 3rd last season. So spare me with this shit. No, it wasn't man - you can concede a point you know - it doesnt mean you like Ange or Levy - no one will judge you.
A league where 5th finished 30 points ahead of 10th is MUCH less competitive than a league where 5th is 8 points ahead of 10th.
Its not even up for debate.
Look at the just released Deloitte figures. Revenue declined 3% YOY going from the Champions League to no Europe. The effect of the stadium isn't so significant that having a PSR composed solely of 2 seasons without European competition and 1 season of EL competition will not have an impact.
Incidentally, women's football, youth football, and "community development expenditure" are also exempt under PSR.In the most recent 2023 report there was a stated loss of 86 million pounds but depreciation of roughly 77 million. When you adjust for that amount alone the loss is 9 million, not 86, at least for PSR purposes.
No, only you.The guy you're debating with used to label anyone critical of the ownership as a "Gooner Troll"

Are the midtable teams better compared to a few seasons ago? Probably. Are the top sides worse? Probably too.
We will be getting a room shortly. No, only you.
That had nothing to do with Levy either, it was all about your attempts to bait Spurs fans.
No real surprise that you've dodged my posts for years, but then jump to the defence of a proven liar on here.
You deserve each other.
Everyone can see it is you who is avoiding answering because that would involve having to be critical of Dear Leader and that would never do.
Insulting me on a personal level just makes you look foolish. Especially under the current circumstances the club finds itself in for the 17th time in 24 years under these owners.
Being rude and obnoxious or attempting to provoke those speaking truth makes you look pathetic and I genuinely pity you.
How can you claim to be a genuine THFC supporter?
Explain to everyone watching how the debt ENIC have brought on THFC helps the club or the supporters?
Please don't run away again.
Couple of things. This is the 2023 annual report put out by the club that breaks it all down.
In the most recent 2023 report there was a stated loss of 86 million pounds but depreciation of roughly 77 million. When you adjust for that amount alone the loss is 9 million, not 86, at least for PSR purposes.
In terms of revenues, matchday receipts increased by 11 million pounds. Europe definitely helped as it generated an additional 56 million pounds, BUT our commercial revenues increased from 183 million to almost 228 million from the year before. We have Europe this year and while not as lucrative as Champions League, we're in three cup competitions and deriving the revenues from that. Aside from that, the increased general commercial activities continues to grow so the impact of a loss of Europe competitions becomes increasingly less impactful on the overall business.
It's a fair point which I accept. Not for the club but without levy and ENIC the development and levelling up of the area around the stadium and in Tottenham doesn’t happen. It’s the one good thing levy has done. He’s improved the area beyond what successive governments since WW2 have failed to do. That’s the only think I’ll thank him for.
Why are you talking about 5th-10th dudeNo, it wasn't man - you can concede a point you know - it doesnt mean you like Ange or Levy - no one will judge you.
