Talk to me about the debt that has been incurred by this destruction of WHL and the erection of the megadome.

Who owns this debt and how do Spurs benefit from this?
Show me any construction project of that size that isn’t accomplished by securing some kind of financing?!

The increased revenue generated from the new stadium offsets the finance charge and then some.

You clearly haven’t got a Scooby Doo what you’re talking about!

Dude, I genuinely don't like the guy you've quoted, he's a nasty bit of work.
But you're not helping yourself here

The stadium is an asset that makes CONSIDERABLY more money a month/year than the cost to pay off the loans.

Imagine you borrowed £200k for a flat at £750 a month mortgage and then rented it out at £1,500 a month.
You're £750 in profit every months even with the £200k "debt" to consider.
Who is benefitting from that currently and whose name is the borrowed revenue that built the megadome in?

The money is borrowed by multi billionaire owners who have mortgaged that debt against future revenue in THFC's name?

Is that correct?

Oh it's not benefiting us, I'm not excusing the criminals that have stolen our football club from the fans.
But we don't have the debt issue. We're at least as financially sound as we were before it was built.

We're definitely not in a position whereby we can't spend any money until we've paid it off.
We just don't spend money because our chairman is a prick.

It's a shame the stadium has been such a popular venue for the likes of boxing etc. If it wasn't, maybe there'd be hope of the parasites fucking off.
But it's now a guaranteed money making machine. We'll never see the back of them.

Look at the just released Deloitte figures. Revenue declined 3% YOY going from the Champions League to no Europe.

That's real, it matters. But when the running player expenditure is as singularly out of line with industry standards as it has always been maintained under ENIC, that kind of decline does not change our status as the single club on planet earth with the most scope under PSR/FFP to spend more money on players.

It's not unlimited. You're not allowed to do a Man City anymore. A couple of wrong decisions and you can start chewing away at that wiggle room before you know it.

But it is a fact that we have headroom all of our competition does not. A massive advantage wrung penny by penny from supporters wallets, that current leadership will never exploit, and the club deserves leadership that will.

Incidentally, women's football, youth football, and "community development expenditure" are also exempt under PSR.
We currently have PSR headroom. The idea we'll still have that in 2027 is wrong. We're going to be properly hamstrung because we hired the absolutely wrong managers and refused to sack him when we absolutely should have.

It's still Levy's fault, but this isn't a conversation about him being cheap. Even if we were magically taken over by a more spendfree chairman, Ange's disaster is going to present significant financial problems in the coming seasons. His stinky ghost is going to be lingering around long after he's gone.

I still can't believe he is still got a job, how the fuck is he still in charge.
He must have a microfilm of Levy talking to aliens, its staggering such naivety is being rewarded.
Apparently there was a Leicester fan on a radio call in who said, they didn't win the game Tottenham lost it. They couldn't believe the wide open spaces they were able to run into.
That's not injuries, that's someone who shouldn't be in the most toughest, competitive league in the world.
We are not going places with ange, just get rid of him and be done with it.
